In my case, only chiropractic treatments seem to improve my situation. My pain has been hovering between 5 (medium pain) and 10 (maximum pain .. I couldn't move) for the past few years. My fatigue was accumulating because even with pain 5, I did not sleep so well. My usual chiropractor took a vacation. Since my pain seemed to rise around the 8th, I set out to find another chiropractor. Following a referral from a friend, I landed in the hands of Stéphane Couturier. His human approach immediately put me at ease. He is also very honest. He will tell you the right time. After only two treatments in 2 weeks, he suggested that I wait a month to see him again. I am at pain 1 right now. I can finally reprocess my sports. I sleep much better. The last time I felt this way was at least 5 years ago, if not more. My only regret is that I waited too long to consult it. It goes without saying that I will continue to see mr. Couturier for my treatments. In closing, I would like to add that he is passionate about his work. So he remains available to his customers in "texting" mode for advice or to answer questions if the need arises. He is also very punctual in his appointments. I recommend it to everyone, of course. (Original) J’ai une hernie discale depuis plusieurs années. J’ai déjà été suivi par deux physio, 2 ostéo et un autre chiro. Pour mon cas, seuls les traitements de chiro semblent améliorer ma situation. Ma douleur se promenait entre 5 (douleur moyenne) et 10 (douleur maximum.. je ne pouvais me déplacer) depuis les dernières années. Ma fatigue s’accumulait car même avec une douleur 5, je ne dormais pas si bien.. Mon chiro habituel a pris des vacances. Puisque ma douleur semblait monter vers le 8, je me suis mis à la recherche d’un autre chiro. Suite à une référence d’une amie, je suis atteri entre les mains de maître de Stéphane Couturier. Son approche humaine m’a immédiatement mis en confiance. Il est aussi très honnête. Il te dira l’heure juste. Après seulement deux traitements en 2 semaines, il m’a suggéré d’attendre un mois pour le revoir. Je suis à la douleur 1 en ce moment. Je peux enfin repratiquer mes sports. Je dors beaucoup mieux. La dernière fois que je m’étais senti ainsi c’était il y a au moins 5 ans, si ce n’est pas plus. Mon seul regret est d’avoir attendu trop longtemps pour le consulter. Il va sans dire que je continuerai de voir mr. Couturier pour mes traitements. En terminant, j’aimerais ajouter qu’il est passionné par son travail. Si bien, qu’il reste disponible pour ses clients en mode “textos” pour des conseils ou pour répondre à des questions si besoin se fait sentir. Il est aussi très ponctuel dans ses rdv. Je le recommande à tous, cela va de soi.
