J’ai rapidement changé d’avis lorsque j’ai constaté les bienfaits que sont les ajustements périodiques suivant un calendrier établi et adaptés à ma condition. J’ai eu un épisode l’hiver dernier qui a nécessité 3 séances de décompression neurovertébrale suivis de traitements/ ajustements qui m’ont redonnés ma souplesse et une meilleure mobilité tout en réduisant considérablement mes douleurs qui se situait pour ma part au niveau lombaire. Si cette approche vous est proposée, je conseille à tous de ne pas hésiter à l’essayer. Aujourd’hui, avec l'encouragement et les bons conseils de mon chiro j’ai repris l’entraînement dans un gymnase et j’ai l’impression d’avoir retrouvé mon énergie et mon entrain. J’ai juste envie de bouger ! Je n’hésite donc pas a en parler à ceux qui comme moi, sont au prise avec des problèmes locomoteurs et/ou des douleurs musculosquelettiques. I'm a hockey goalie and after months of enduring chronic pain in my lower back I decided to go see my doctor. I was diagnosed with an discal hernia in L4-L5 and I was started to have issues with my left leg which kept me up all night and I just couldn't sleep anymore. The doctor wanted me to get cortisone shots. I'm 34 years old and getting shots to relieve the pain was out of the question. One of my colleagues at work talked to me about the clinic and their decompression machine. It intrigued me and I decided to give it a shot. My impressions from my first visit their and meeting Dr. Bernatchez was “WOW“. I could already feel the positive effects just after my first decompression treatment. She also treated my upper back and neck where I was experiencing lots of tensions. In all honesty, this is the best investment I've ever done in my life. It was my first experience with a chiropractor so I wasn't sure what to expect. I made an appointment for a "free" consultation. At the end of the consultation, the chiropractor tells me that she is confident that she will be able to help me and tells me to make an appointment at the reception for a first treatment. To my surprise, I am being charged for the "free" consultation. They explain to me that the consultation part is free, but that the chiropractor had made a kind of evaluation (with radios) and that this part was paying. At no time during the meeting was I informed that we were moving to a paid assessment. It was cheap so I said nothing and paid. I am then told that I must do an informative session before I can start the sessions (I am shown a video on the principles of treatments etc.) I have already seen physios, osteos etc. in the past and no one has ever seen me. listened to videos before doing treatments. I found it weird, but each in their own way. I did some treatments. It went well, the chiropractor was very professional, nothing to say about her or her services. I didn't feel any improvement, but I know it may take several sessions to see an improvement. I am informed that it takes several treatments to see how the body reacts so she could not tell me right away how many sessions it would take to resolve the injury. Until then it made sense. (Original) J'ai essayé cette clinique parce que j'avais des douleurs à l'épaule et il n'y avait que des 5* sur Google alors je me suis dit que c'était une bonne place. C'était ma première expérience chez un chiro alors je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre. J'ai pris rendez-vous pour une consultation ''gratuite''. À la fin de la consultation, la chiro me dit qu'elle est confiante qu'elle pourra m'aider et me dit de prendre rendez-vous à la réception pour un premier traitement. À ma grande surprise, on me charge pour la consultation ''gratuite''. On m'explique que la partie consultation est gratuite, mais que la chiro avait fait une genre d'évaluation (avec des radios) et que cette partie était payante. À aucun moment pendant la rencontre m'a t'on informé qu'on passait à une évaluation payante. C'était pas cher alors j'ai rien dit et j'ai payé. On me dit ensuite que je dois faire une séance informative avant de pouvoir débuter les séances (on me fait écouter une vidéo sur les principes des traitements etc.) J'ai déjà vu des physios, osteos etc par le passé et jamais on m'a fait écouter des vidéos avant de faire des traitements. J'ai trouvé ça bizarre, mais chacun à sa façon. J'ai fait quelques traitements. Ça bien été, la chiro était très professionnelle, rien à dire sur elle ou sur ses services. Je n'ai pas senti d'amélioration, mais je sais que ça peut prendre plusieurs séances avoir de voir une amélioration. On m'informe que ça prend plusieurs traitements pour voir comment le corps réagit alors elle ne pouvait pas me dire tout de suite combien de séances ça allait prendre pour régler le bobo. Jusqu'à là ça faisait du sens. Après environ 5 visites, on m'informe que ça va prendre environ 1 an pour régler mon bobo. On me montre ensuite plusieurs options de financement avec des genres de forfaits que plus t'en achètes, plus t'économises. On m'explique que je peux payer à chaque fois que je viens, mais que c'est vraiment préférable de signer un contrat d'un an avec des paiement préautorisé mensuellement. Je suis allé voir un ostéopathe par la suite et il m'a régler mon problème en trois visites. Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur la qualité du service rendu, n'ayant jamais consulter d'autres chiros, mais j'avais quasiment l'impression que leur priorité était de me vendre un ''abonnement'' chez eux, plutôt de me soigner. On dirait que leur but était de vendre des plans annuels à tout le monde, peu importe si le patient en avait de besoin ou pas. Je ne pense pas qu'ils avaient mon meilleur intérêt à coeur alors je ne suis jamais retourné après la rencontre de vente.

I went to this place last year for my sciatica pain and honestly they failed me big time. $50 per session for 15 minutes of cracking your bones. Only after 5 or 6 session they told me I need to go there for almost a year twice a week and pay over $2000. After the last session I had with them my pain got much much worse to the point I lost sensation in my right leg. I stopped going there and never looked back. By analyzing the results of the examinations, we discovered much more serious problems then started regular treatments with Dr. Bernatchez and I saw my general and vertebral health constantly improve. I am now in great shape, I am back on the ski slopes and at the gym. When the more sensitive areas of my back are too stressed, a small adjustment can solve the problem at the source in minutes. I would like to recommend to anyone who is in doubt or skeptical about chiropractors of the professionalism and care the Chiro. Ste .Rose gives. I have been an active adult who plays many sports but due to a lifetime of over exertion and work had gotten to a point where i wasn't even able to stand upright for more than 30 seconds without having to sit down to avoid the numbness and pain in my back and leg. Although i have only been going for treatment for a few weeks i have notice an amazing improvement in my back and now am able to sleep better as well as stand in line at a store without having to panic on how fast i will be served. I am no where near 100% yet but still have quit a few treatments to go.I am looking forward to getting my life back especially now when my grand kids come over i am not afraid of being able to pick them up.
