Everyone here is quite wonderful, and Dr. Crystal very much helped get me going again after I completely threw my back out and could barely walk. I also want to point out Dr. Crystal uses the Activator Tool for adjustments, which is my preference.

I have seen Dr.Tole for many years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr.Crystal is also amazing, she squeezed me in while Dr.Tole was on holidays! I have seen both doctors but I used to be a patient of Dr. Crystal’s more frequently - she is such a sweetheart. She is kind, passionate, caring and very very knowledgeable. The reason I say I “used” to be a patient of hers is that I no longer go there because I will not support a business that is run by a man like Dr. Tole. He claims that the revolving door of staff is due to picking the wrong employees when in reality, he hired strong, independent women that quickly realized he was not the man he portrayed himself to his patients. Every time I came in and had an encounter with his staff, they were nothing but lovely and funny and kind to me. You can tell they were uncomfortable working for a man like him. I had on multiple occasions heard him yelling, cursing and belittling his staff when he thought no one was around and no one could hear him. He cares more about the money than he does the patients. His prices are expensive compared to anyone else in the city and the way he handles the MB health coverage is absolutely ridiculous and not how any reputable doctor would handle that. MB Health covers a portion of 7 appointments per year. After that, it is full price. Most doctors handle that behind the scenes, however Dr Tole charges the patients more when the MB health coverage is up. I would recommend never seeing Dr Tole. That man is so VILE that I had to make a new account with a different name in fear that if my real identity was shown that he would threaten me verbally. I hope one day Dr Crystal opens up her own clinic so she can be free of the toxicity of this clinic and that man.

Very happy that my massage therapist Dawn moved here in 2015. Reception has been great for booking and billings. Facility is clean and modern. Parking is never an issue. Now the facilities are important but it does really come down to the services that Dawn Steliga provides. She's great and if you need a massage therapist I suggest you give her a call and book now.

I had enjoyed my massages when I went here but I was not happy when after missing an appointment due to the flu they charged me $30!!! I explained that I couldn't have cancelled 24 hrs before as I didn't have the flu then, also I had never cancelled before, it wasn't like I was always doing this.....but it didn't matter, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do!?! How about have some empathy?! Also, they don't direct bill to your insurance company....not very convenient. I won't be going back!

Dr.Crystal is the best!! She was able to help correct my poorly aligned spine and took extra caution before aligning me. She's extremely educated and super fun to talk to. Highly recommend.
