I have been to six different chiropractors and a couple athletic therapists in the city but couldn't get any relief regarding the elevation on one side of my shoulder. I almost had half an inch of elevation on my left shoulder. I went for chiropractic treatment for 8-9 months and was still in pain. I had constant headaches and it started to effect my strength training as well. A friend of mine recommended me to Central Chiropractic Centre. Since my first visit pain was a history. Dr. Ashique is phenomenal. Within couple visits my pain was gone and I started to feel better. Not only my shoulders were leveled, but my over all health improved a lot too. My body started responding a lot better to strength training than it ever did. I don't remember the last time I was down with a cold or was sick. I am healthier than I've ever been. I will highly recommend this place to everyone. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I will encourage chiropractic treatment for everyone. The doctor of Chiropractic is a qualified individual. I am rating this as one star for what I deem as a 'forced' treatment schedule. Initially, I was impressed with the lengths that the doctor went to, to review the subjective materials. X-Rays, and foot scans. I was required to tell the office of specific days and times in which I could comply with his treatment plan. When asked if I could book appointments for what worked best for me day over day. I was told no. I was required to commit per his schedule. As I am at week six this week, and had missed a few appointments. The doctor told me that I needed to do the other missed visits before a re-assessment of my original concern. In closing, it is a very rigid thought process, and specific requirements by the doctor that you need to satisfy.

Before being introduced to Central Chiropractic, I never believed in Chiro because I was forced as a child to go and at the time I didn’t understand its purpose. It wasn’t till a bad rear end in 2013 and continuous hours sitting in an office that I realized I needed to try something new! At the time, I would get constant headaches or migranes and would wake up feeling like my body was twisted up during my sleep. I would also have a hard time keeping physical because of the constant headaches and body aches I would experience. I started going to Dr. Ashique in the last Fall of 2017, he was the first Dr. to recommend an X-Ray and show me all the things wrong with my alignment and even pointed out where I must of been getting my headaches even before I told him. I have learned so much from Dr. Ashique and felt immediate relief as I began treatment. How I allowed myself to live in so much pain daily is beyond me! Today, I’m able to wake up with no aches and pains, remain active 3-4 times a week with boxing and have not experienced headaches since I started Chiro! I highly recommend giving Chiro a try but most especially visiting with Dr. Ashique at Central Chiropractic!

Well if you are going with Central Chiropractor make sure to track the number of visits covered by your insurance as the receptionist isn't able to do it even though I'm sure that her job. Stuck me with a $150 plus bill and just said oops didn't realize your insurance ran out 3 visits ago. Then I ask him how to make easier at work just says that the print out tells me how to readjust my work station but work at a call center with fixed desks. I was hoping for more out the box thinking. Saying buh bye to Central Chiropractor. Smh

I was involved in an MVA last September 2018 and since I live in downtown area I choose Central Chiro for my convinient and I made the right choice! Dr. Ashique, with 20 years of professional chiropractic practices helped me releive my neck and shoulder pain, never had a good night sleep for a long time until I had a treatment. The doctor explain everything I need to know about my neck, shoulder and back problems.The staff's are very exceptional and friendly. The only thing is getting parking downtown during or close to rush hour. I try to make my appointments at the odd times to avoid this problem. But parking downtown is paid parking. Dr. Ashique is punctual in his appointments and I find im in and out and back to my car in about half an hour. (Timing would depend on what he's adjusting and also location of parking as you need to walk down into the underground mall.)

Aliyar Zayar is a very knowledgable with is anatomy and provides massage treatments that not many therapists treat. I went to see him a few times, having to deal with hip and pelvic issues all of my life. He palpated the dysfunction that I was having and treated the muscles accordingly. Considering my dysfunction is more fascial related he treated it and I feel completely better. I would recommend seeing him if you have chronic pain that is never received.

Sometimes you need to get adjusted, not a little tap, a real crack. Dr. Ashique still cracks you, and I am all for it. Also, even if he recommends that you come in more frequently, he doesn't make you feel awkward when you don't come in as much as you should. Finally his front desk staff are very friendly. When I come in, I am often in a hurry and sometimes in pain, and they scurry me into one of the offices with a warm greeting and a smile. A really great experience and has done wonders for my back. Side note: the way they answer the phone "It's a great day at Central Chiropractic" is a little unnatural and weird. Not sure if he makes them do this, but it used to creep me out.

I started going to Central Chiropractic Centre in May, due to pain in my hip that I thought was related to a sports injury I received years ago. After having a thorough assessment done, it wasn't my hip that was the problem at all. One of my legs was slightly longer then the other, causing my body to try to compensate and slowly causing my spine to curve. Years ago another chiropractor looked at the exact same injury/spot and never told me half of that information. I'm thankful for the thorough work that Dr. Ashique and his team do because since May my posture and flexibility have improved and are almost where they used to be. Plus, the discomfort I was feeling is almost completely alleviated and when I first started seeing Dr. Ashique I could barely bend over to put on my socks! I'd recommend them to anyone! Great team, convenient location - they're definitely worth a visit!

I used to be one those people who believe Chiropractic work was the equivalent of snake oil in modern times -- I can now say I bought into nothing but myths about the field. There MAY be shyster DCs out there who are only interested in short-term relief and having their patients coming back as they get worse and worse... Dr. Ashique is NOT this kind of practitioner. He did such a good job on my neck (which had been bothering me for YEARS with headaches and lack of range of motion due to stress and my previous office job requiring a lot of awkward movement at my desk) in a matter of months that I haven't had any pain, tenseness or headaches related to that issue since -- and it's been over two years since I was last adjusted. He did such a good job, I referred my woman to go see him (she was initially hesitant about Chiropractic work as a legitimate medical science, as I was, but I convinced her that Dr. Ashique is a real jewel of his field) and after two weeks of thrice-weekly adjustments, she has thanked me NUMEROUS times for essentially pushing her to make an appointment. She says she's never felt so tall (as a result of her spine/neck being properly adjusted and straight) in her entire life, and it's already had an effect on her asthma, headaches and general difficulties getting comfortable at night. Dr. Ashique is a brilliant, friendly, caring man who views his work as a calling, NOT just a good career path. This is incredibly rare nowadays in the medical field, where you have apathetic MDs pushing SSRIs on patient blindly since 'that's what they're told to do'. This man could easily have gone into some higher-paying field with his intellect and schooling and drive, but he truly believes that being a Chiropractor (probably the best in the city) is helping people. And I can speak for myself and my wife when I say that he has helped us both immensely. If you have some prejudice against Chiropractors because of some horror story or urban myth you hear passed around, but have legitimate issues (you'd be amazed what Chiropractic adjustments can help with BEYOND just aches and pains) you feel isn't being addressed by standard medical care, PLEASE give this man a shot. You will NOT regret it, though your first adjustment may leave you a bit sore the next day - eventually the changes he makes will last longer and longer, and as I mentioned he fixed my neck/shoulders and I haven't had any further issues in YEARS. Thanks, Doc. You're magic. :D

I went in for a massage last Thursday (Feb.6,’20) and had one of, no, the best massage of my life! No Joke! There is a new masseur in town at this clinic and his name is Zayar Aliyar. Had very sore calves, felt like my feet were attached as a block to my lower legs, tense back, legs, and shoulders, with sciatic pain from T7-T8 herniated disc. Zayar’s talent is really reading the muscles through his thorough techniques and delving deep into the knots to remove major stressful areas while tenderizing the muscles into submission. He also does cupping if he feels it would benefit his client. I would strongly recommend Zayar to anyone needing the relief of sore muscle and body pains. I am 300lbs+! He reads the body like a map, as if he was the designer. You wouldn’t even have to mention where you need the work done, he finds it, and takes control. I left feeling extremely relaxed, rejuvenated, and was impressed by his patience, dedication to his craft, and knowledge of multiple related subjects. You won’t be disappointed and BONUS - They direct bill at the clinic for many health insurance companies just call or walk in and ask! From my first visit, Dr.Ashique did a thorough assessment on my neck and back and explained in detail what would be required on my end to successfully improve my condition (exercise, diet, meditation, etc) and of course adjustments to my back and neck. Not my best experience, last 2 appointments i had Dr did not tell me when he would see me again, so i booked the days i had to had "my sessions", he looked not interested in treat me, as well as a bad experience booking a massage and Dr told me he was not able to contact the massage therapist and had to go back home for an urgency....and ended up that the massage therapist WAS IN THERE.... Please pay attention to your claims . They will say, everything is good on their side and our side, and then they will give you a long list that we owe them xxx amount of money knowing the fact that it was direct billing and 100% is covered. We had to pay some money and we were then told to claim it to sunlife amd we are still dealing with the same issue since months now. Not clearing up and year is about to end and then sunlife won’t even give us anything back.
