Nicola was my chiropractor. I went in unable to bend or to walk without a limp. Sleeping and functioning was difficult. She took the time learn about my body. We got me walking well and she even assisted me with a workout routine that would not aggravate the areas that I initially hurt. By the end of my treatments, my body was free of pain. I am currently looking to make a return to work because of her help!

Dr. Shipka is amazing, and he quite literally changed my life. I have been suffering from debilitating TMJ tension headaches that were misdiagnosed as migraines for several years. After seeing several awful chiropractors, neurologists, and other specialists, I booked acupuncture with Dr. Shipka out of desperation and he immediately knew what was happening. He took a slow and methodical approach, asking me tons of different questions in detail, and gave me a realistic timeline of treatment (not promising me the world like some other practitioners I've dealt with). After just two visits I feel exceptionally better, to the point where I am able to function and regularly make it through the day without pain meds. On top of that, he and the rest of his team are exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am so happy I found Dr. Shipka and would recommend him in a heartbeat. I won't be seeing anyone else for chiro or acupuncture as long as he's in practice.

Going to see Dr. Shipka has been the best thing for me. I’ve had 3 kids back to back in the last 4 years and my body has taken its toll as I’m getting older also. I had to start wearing a knee brace for stability and support and after just 2 visits I’ve stopped wearing it! Getting acupuncture and targeting the areas that are needed has helped me so much. It honestly feels like a mini spa day when I go for my appt. I get acupuncture, cupping, and adjustment, tens machine with heat and a mini massage. I leave feeling relaxed and loosened up. This clinic has helped me and so many of my family members so much. I 1000% recommend every time!

I had my first visit with Dr Shipka and man, I wish I've met him earlier. I had my shoulder pain for over 2 years now. Medications after medications, it was still hard to move. But 1 visit with Dr Shipka, my shoulder outs back almost 100%. Dr Shipka is very knowledgeable and it's like he can perform some miracles. Very nice staff, excellent service, I'll come back again. Dr. Shipka is so thorough with all of his processes and doesn't leave any details to question. Due to his tremendous efforts, I was able to get coverage as well as being included in the recovery process and know how far I've been able to recover - even just from the initial appointment. When I left his clinic, I felt like I felt like I traded in my back and neck for a new set! My initial assessment was very thorough and Dr. Shipka explained what he would be doing so I was able to get a better understanding of the actual treatment and the reasoning behind it. Mobility of my neck was improved a great deal as well as the tension in neck/shoulder area. I was very happy with the fact that he wasn't aggressive with manipulation and gave me some exercises to help as well. Look forward to continuing therapy with him! Would highly recommend him.

Treatments are great and efficient, and Dr Shipka has a variety of different techniques if one doesn't work well for you. However, he is constantly running late - sometimes close to an hour. He can also be pretty rude to his staff at times and sometimes will even complain about them to his patients, which is super unprofessional. I most likely won't be back unless I have no other choice.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could, and Dr Shipka should change his name to Albus Dumbledore because he is a wizard. I have had multiple injuries, broken bones and surgeries. After years of doctors, physio, chiro, massage and acupuncture in the never-ending pursuit of relief, I was referred and challenged by a friend to give Dr Shipka shot. My friend said the movement and relief he had after 4 treatments was better than any previous encounters he had elsewhere. I took him up on that challenge and am happy to say he was right. My first appointment was related to ankle and heel surgery (both ankles, 1 heel) from a fall, Dr Shipka said if he can't help me feel better in 6 visits I should move on as he does not want to take my money if he can't help. He helped in a big way and I left feeling better then I have in a long while. Second appointment he worked my back and again I left with improvement. I dont expect miracles but I do expect forward movement and he has delivered on both visits. I will be back with confidence and a renewed faith in the medical practioner field. Thanks Doc

Leanne is an AMAZING massage therapist. I threw my back out a few days prior to seeing her. I made the appointment a few weeks in advance with concerns about my knee, but coincidentally, I threw my back out again three days prior to my appointment. She performed this interesting technique called active release therapy which helped my back tremendously! She is incredibly good with her hands and can really dig her fingers into those sore muscles! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Shipka is absolutely amazing! I am a 30 year old who was experiencing random, insanely bad back pain and stiffness. I went from working out 5 times a week and having no troubles sleeping to not being able to get out of bed in the morning and not being able to sleep unless I was on heavy muscle relaxants. I tried every method to feel better, nothing was working. After 2.5 months of dealing with this, I met Dr. Shipka, and in FOUR SESSIONS with him I made a COMPLETE recovery. I have had 4-5 visits with Dr. Shipka since 2022 started. I went because of back pain, low joint mobility, lack of flexibility. My flexibility will take time and my mobility will too with the stretches he gave me. First, I will say, the stretches he gave are easy to do, attainable, nothing I cannot accomplish each day while watching TV or on a Zoom call (that I'm not hosting). :) Second, last night at dinner, I noticed my posture (because I can see my reflection in our window). I sit taller, less slumped over and sitting up doesn't hurt like it used it. Slouching felt better before and now it doesn't. My mid-back pain is 100% better. I am getting better and better mobility in my legs and less pain when I stretch. I had such short muscles in my hips and legs that everything hurt. I cannot wait to review again in 6 months but so far, best investment EVER! As a matter of fact, my 8 and 10 year olds have started seeing him. And my husband is going next....the best review is when you bring your family to benefit as well.
