I was there for the first time yesterday and was so impressed by this clinic. The clinic is beautiful! It feels more like a spa when you walk in. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I really love that they have online booking. I followed my massage therapist Jaime Parrot here. She is absolutely wonderful. She has been my therapist for years now and I really trust her. I highly recommend this clinic and Jaime!

I have received both chiropractic and massage treatments at Crossroads, and can honestly tell you I will not go anywhere else. Mary Boys is an awesome massage therapist. She knows how to work out all the kinks, and above all, she is a kind, thoughtful, amazing person. Terry Jacobs is not only an excellent chiropractor, he will also make sure he puts a smile on every patient's face. Not once have I ever left his office without laughing. Everyone in the office is very welcoming, and their online booking makes getting an appointment so easy! I recommend this office to everyone!

Got treated very poorly by the receptionist this morning. Called and got told to hold waited 30 min she never came back. Called by and she told me to hold again. Waited 20 min and she never came back. Called a third time and she to me to hold again. She was very unfriendly about it and this time I called someone else. I will never deal with cross roads again. Terry sorry buddy but the people around should be more like you!! You staff sucks

Dr Jacobs is always ‘cracking me up’ - haha. This is a great little clinic to go to in order to ease your muscles and joints. They have a massage part of the business running in conjunction with their chiropractor operation. I personally have been treated by the staff here for quite a while and through some rather painful times. If you are injured I definitely recommend coming here as they are understanding, good at their craft, and will have you back doing backflips before you know it.

Great place for chiropractic services. I’ve tried every doctor except maybe the women one. They’re all great and all use different methods. If you don’t love one - you don’t have to worry about switching offices, try a new one! Has a massage once - I forget the gentleman’s name but he was newer. If you are one of those people who need a deep massage and can never find anyone he’s your man! Staff friendly

I have been going to Jaime Parrott for massage therapy for over 6 years now. I originally started with quite a few back issues that caused me constant pain. I was being treated with chiro and massage quite frequently with little relief until I started going to Jaime. After my first massage with her I was able to completely stop chiro and make it 3 months between massages, which has since progressed to much longer. She is friendly and talkative but also very professional and focused. This lady knows her stuff. I will continue to see her and refer everyone I know to her.
