This guy is too pushy. Nobody needs to see a chiropractor weekly for months... or a few times a week... for months. That seems to be all he recommends. He also seems to like his $100+ xrays. Every other chiropractor I've seen doesn't require yearly xrays unless there is a reason. Biggest annoyance is when you go in, he does the EXACT same adjustments every time. Doesn't matter where the pain is, he will crack it all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Over the years I have been to easily over 20 different massage therapists and after my first visit with Mike I immediately noticed a difference like I never have before and I just continue to be impressed with him. Would definitely recommend anyone at this clinic especially him.

Have had neck issues for along time. This time it got so bad my thumb and first two fingers became numb. And for months. I came here. This is my third session. Amazing. What a difference. Almost have all the feeling back in my fingers. (Pretty severe compression, definitely gonna take more than one visit). So happy i came here. So many different healing process they can offer.

I stopped by earlier this morning for some general inquiries. The receptionist (Stephanie) greeted me with a warm welcome. She was also very friendly, respectful and courteous going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, including calling my healthcare provider to see exactly how much they would cover for the massage, chiro and physiotherapy. Afterwards, she assigned me to a therapist and had me booked in an hour later. This was the first massage I have ever received, but I feel as if the bar is set very high now. Kanya is a very talented massage therapist. She did a full body, deep tissue massage. Kanya accurately hit every stressed and sore muscle in my body, making me feel very relaxed and at times, dozing off. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone needing a massage and I will surely be back again!

Used him for my daughter after she broke her neck and was doing PT. I went off what other people told me that he was a good doctor. But in my gut I knew we were being screwed over with the insurance claims. My daughter should have received WAY more help then what she got from Senko. Now I find out they is have a complaint against the company for fraudulent claims. Now....6 years later my daughter is suffering and I am positive that her suffering is an effect from her care under the clinic. He was not real.with us, visits were always 5min or less. Never ever would I refer this company.

I'm going to leave a one star as well. I went to his clinic last year for a back injury, it was reccomended I come here. Dr Senko took x rays and told me I had a condition where one leg was shorter than the other, and that was either a leading cause, or the whole cause of my back pain. Of course, repeated treatments for months was the answer. He also prescribed orthotics. My first red flag was when my insurance company wouldn't cover the cost of my orthotics, because he wasn't qualified to give a prescription. I stopped going after I maxed out my $500/year insurance in about 4 visits. Back pain continued and eventually I went to my family doctor and shared what this doctor had told me. He laughed and said nobody's legs are completely semetrical. He did an x ray, prescribed physio which I went to for a few sessions and that is what eventually stopped the back pain.

I had a terrible first visit to Coates Chiropractic about two years ago, I had injured my lower back at work and told him I had never been to a chiropractor before. He never told me what he was going to do, just barked orders and I was terrified when he did the neck snap thing without telling me what he was going to do. I went back a couple days ago because I really threw out my neck and it’s right by my house and he gave me literally 4 minutes of his time for $50, was extremely rude about not coming in regularly, tried to push for x rays again for no reason, and told me he better see me the next day. The receptionists are lovely and I hope he treats them with more respect than he does his patients.

I started seeing Dr. Chris after he first opened his clinic and have stayed with him ever since. I have many old sports injuries, and he keeps me away from seeing medical doctors and taking pills for pain. The staff is very welcoming, and the Clinic hours result in great choices when times get busy. I take advantage of Samantha's expertise in massage therapy as well. Overall, I do not think I would be as healthy as I am today without Dr. Chris. Thanks Coates Chiropractic!

I am very impressed with all aspects of this clinic. But I especially want to comment on the Shockwave treatment I am receiving for a knee injury. It has been the most effective and the fastest to work than any other treatment I've tried. If you are struggling with an injury that needs looking at, give this clinic a try. Definitely a 5/5.

I showed up for my first appointment and I gave them my benefits card. The Coates receptionist said we are having a problem with the computer system and we can't auto-submit just to Green Shield Canada (GSC) for some reason" and that I would have to submit the receipt myself GSC. I went to submit the receipt with Green Shield Canada the next day and GSC said they were not an approved vendor. I called Coates that day and the receptionist said they are just trying to work out some kinks with GSC and to try and resubmit the receipt in a few weeks. I called Coates back today (3 weeks after) and now they said they don't accept Green Shield Canada Benefits. They flat out lied to me when they knew they had a problem Green Shield Canada. Now I'm out over $200. Not a place I would recommend if that's how they are operating their business. Poor Done!

What shady things did they do with Greenshield? I'm out $360 and they won't even relax their late cancellation policy. They are going to take another fee. Shady, shady. Go somewhere else.

Without a doubt the best place I’ve ever been to for recovery. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and will near bend over backwards for his patients in regards to getting them in, several times following a car accident I needed to be in ASAP and was adjusted ten minutes later with no appointment. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and the massage therapists are detailed and hard working. I believe my recovery time was cut at least in half having found Coates vs if I had gone elsewhere. They get to the point, set a course of action and correct the injury with no added, unnecessary frills. He is able to translate all of the jargon into laymans terms so you’re better able to understand everything to do with your injuries and your body in general. By far the best place I have ever had the luck of finding, I cannot recommend it enough and will continue to return for maintenance of my general well-being.

Dr Chris diagnosed me with degenerative arthritis in my neck, and has provided much relief of the pain, as well as improved range of movement. I have also has massages from Nancy, and Samantha. They are both skilled massage therapists and provide pain relief and relaxation.
