Words cannot express how much Krell Wellness makes my appointments so much easier when I bring my son with me. The ladies in the front pretend to sneak around with him and follow him (which he thinks its hilarious). Then my chiropractor sets up Bubble Guppies on his computer for my son while he does my adjustment. Every time I walk into Krell when I feel so defeated with my injury; I get that little bit of hope back every single time. They truly care about wellness and our well being. I've never been dismissed about how I am feeling and always reassure me it just takes time to recover. These wonderful people go above and beyond for me and my family and I cannot thank them enough. ❤❤❤

Horrible experience! I went in and was honest about being nervous about a chiropractor. I was given a rookie who told me I need to come back for multiple visits for my back to get better. After many visits it was clear that my chiropractor was more interested in chatting with me then treating my back. On one of my visits she touched my back to see the discoloration her finger made. Only one of my many visits there was "chiropractor stuff" done. The rest of the time was a bunch of talking. My back still hurts and now instead of having a fear of chiropractors I think it's a scam! Someones back is not a joke! Shame on you.

Krell Wellness in College Heights has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk are friendly. Dr. Alden is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He has a big heart and is genuinely empathetic. He truly cares about his patients.

I had a great experience at Krell for the past few weeks. I came into my first appointment with increased amounts of pain and discomfort. After attending a few physical therapy sessions with Richard Klein, I can happily say that the program he encouraged me to try allowed for me to be comfortable and strong. Richard, not only giving me my program details and modifying them to my abilities, also became a mentor in a way where he gave me to confidence to enter the gym with knowledge about my activities and exercises while expressing high enthusiasm and positive feedback about my progression. Overall, great experience and he defiantly turned a hard time into a fun and successful experience.

I recently had a knee injury and after preliminary treatment from my doctor was told to see a physiotherapist for rehabilitation. After some online research I chose Krell Wellness in College Heights. The facility is very modern and clean. I met with Richard Klein who did my evaluation and recommended a treatment plan for my recovery which he thought could take from 4 to 6 weeks. Treatments consisted of 2 visits per week with varying progressive exercises to be done at their facility and at home. After a short 2 1/2 weeks of treatments and re-evaluations I was good to go back to playing squash. I would highly recommend Richard and Krell Wellness for there great care and service.

Couldn't have had a better experience here honestly. The girls at the front are always in a great mood and very welcoming. Made so much progress in my physiotherapy from where I started and it didn't feel like I was going to an appointment after my first few visits. The guys in the back are great, and make you feel like your just spending time with friends who know their stuff. High recommendation to book an appointment with Richardf for any fellow Timber Cruisers out there!
