Excellent, friendly service! Makes you feel comfortable and cared for, relaxed atmosphere with warm, kindly staff. Dr. Thomas Egan is very knowledgeable and amazing. I enjoyed being able to learn about my body whilst also getting realigned and healing my body rather than masking symptoms. My posture and body has improved that we have worked on over the past few months. While I am still in the midst of his care, I want to take a moment to commend on his genuine compassion for his patients which truly exemplify the true spirit of healing with care. Very long visit, about three hours. Very expensive and they really did very little for me. They want you to sign a contract for care which is expensive and last months. All I needed was my neck adjusted which every other chiro has fixed in just a few visits. Most disappointed. I do not recommend them.

Believe it or not, I had 4 surgeries on my knees, that I never needed. In the past 17 years doctors have been trying to relieve me of the pain in my knees. Everything from ortho-scopic surgery, massage therapy, acupuncture and all sorts of physiotherapy. They were all trying to fix my knees. However, when Thomas saw the issue in my knees, He addressed the cars instead of the symptom. I immediately lost weight, and got into great shape. I'm doing everything I wanted to do during the 17 years. Thank you Dr. Thomas Egan.

After 3 rounds of physio and feeling worse, I signed up with Dr. Egan. I was informed by my referring practitioner that I would need to make a long term commitment to see results. I was skeptical but willing to put in the time, effort and reallocate funds to invest in my health. The road to recovery is a long one and can be a frustrating journey - it has been for me. Out of desperation to get better, I have stayed the course and despite bumps in the road and, at times, feeling as though I was regressing, my commitment to stay on track has finally yielded lasting progress for me. The visits are short but efficient and respectful of the patient's time. The expense is ongoing but if crippling pain prevents me from being able to work, get out of bed, lift, bend, even walk... and do the things that I love, it is worth it. The expense is an additional motivator to take good care of oneself by eating well, exercising and making good lifestyle choices.

I recently took advantage of an offer I received and am so glad I did. I had no idea my back and neck were so messed up, but the xrays told it all. Dr. Tom is so kind and knowledgeable, I have never had such great treatments, he is a gonstead method chiropractor. Look at utube videos, but dont be alarmed at the screaming, it doesn't hurt, it is relief. It can be quite shocking in the beginning, but we are so ill and don't know it. His assistant Eric is just as awesome, and Katey his desk person is the nicest person on the planet. In just 4 visits I feel a difference in my quality of life. I have sensation in my feet that I have not had for years. Do yourself a favor, give him a chance. You deserve it. I call them Team Awesome

I have stage 4 endometriosis which causes severe chronic pain on a daily basis. Before I met Dr. Egan I had tried countless specialists, sugeries, naturalpaths, homeopathic medicines, laser therapy, acupuncture all of which were great but could never dull my pain causing me to remain on a crazy amount of pain killers just to go about my day. Dr. Egan was my last resort before my final decision of a hysterectomy. Being 35 years old and sad to give up I thought what have I got to lose. I'll never forget during my initial report Dr Egan saying with sheer confidence "Are you ready to change your life?". I am 1 month into my treatments and my pain has been cut in half! I have had chronic pain for 7 years consistently! I am completely blown away by the results not only has my pain been cut in half but my work at my tidious job has improved, my shoulder muscle pain is gone, my neck feels wonderful and my anxiety seems to be more manageable these days. I will never regret this decision and I will be forever grateful for Dr. Egan and his staff. HUGE shout out to Katie who is the most amazing Chiro assistant ever!!! Her cheerful face, patience and amazing personality will always greet you as soon as you walk in the door and wish you well when you walk out! I knew I came to the right place the moment I herd her kind voice while booking my consultation. Big thank you to Eric who is so knowledgeable and kind when he works with me. His patience to teach and answer all of my questions really has helped me with my treatments thus far. Honestly, this place is pretty amazing I can't wait to see what the future brings!

I have lived with chronic neck, shoulder & lower back pain for at least 25+ years. Physio and other chiropractic visit have never corrected my problems. They only dealt with the symptoms. After my 3rd visit with Dr Egan, I noticed my pain had diminished by 60%. As my condition had been exacerbated from improper care from previous health care, it required a longer term correction by Dr. Egan. Now I am practically pain free and Dr. Egan has corrected the problems. At the moment I am only continuing with maintenance follow up. Plus I have always followed the recommended excercises that helps maintain & strengthen my musculature. My wife and I were in a serious car accident in 2014. One of my many injuries was a condyle fracture with craniocervical disassociation (the base of my skull was partly separated from my neck). The Lord spared our lives and blessed us with healing. However, as a result of this injury, my head was crooked and I had pain in my neck. Although 2 years of Physiotherapy improved my neck, it was still a little crooked and I continued to have neck pain. We found Dr. Egan on the internet; he helped my wife with her back pain, and I decided to see what he could do about my neck. On my second visit, Dr. Egan adjusted my neck making it fully inline with my body. Then the pain in my neck went away. Since then I have been seeing Dr. Egan for the past six months and have continued to experience further healing. I committed to the 3 month care plan and am now worse than when I started. 2x a week at $55 is not cheap but I thought it was worth my health. Too bad I did not use more caution as my health was not improved. My neck is now noticeably leaning to one side (crooked). I have been out of care for about 1 month and I am still so upset at how duped I was. I now have issues and pain that I never had before. I was thanking someone for something that was actually making me worse. Needless to say I urge caution.

I have been going to Dr. Egan for about 9 months and I would defiantly recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic pain or any pain at all. I do not normally speak out or tell people about the past 6 years of my life because it was nothing but struggles; but I’m hearing more and more people experiencing similar symptoms as I did and not knowing what is wrong with them. I want to help prevent people suffering from chronic pain to the point where they feel like they are out of options, and have to live with the pain for their whole life. Because the truth is there are still options out there and Dr. Egan a Gonstead Chiropractor is one of them. Suffering from chronic pain doesn’t just effect the person suffering it effects their love ones, and people around them as well. Dr. Egan’s seminars, support, and methods alleviate this burden. I heard about Dr. Egan indirectly, but I am glad I did. I was experiencing the worst chronic pain episode where I was unable to walk without falling, unable to feel my legs, unable to get up in general, missed over 2 weeks of classes, had to quit my job, and miss some of my midterms. My pain got so bad that I could not even pin point where exactly it was coming from. I had horrible pain in my lower back that went down into my legs and stopped at the knee, headaches, infections, and more. I was on Facebook when I came across a post my previous chiropractor shared which consisted of a video about a Gonstead chiropractor helping a young boy who was hunched back and suffering from chronic pain. In a matter of weeks, the Gonstead chiropractor from Australia helped the boy walk again, stand straight for his grad, and most importantly gave him his life back. The line that hit close to home from that YouTube video was what the boys father said. It broke his heart that his child did not want to live because of the pain. The truth for a long while I lost my fight, has to quit my job, I lost my purpose because I was considering deferring due to health reasons, so I too told my parents that many times because I was giving up. I went to various doctors, chiropractors, specialists, physiotherapists, natural-paths, anything you can think of I did. I was just prescribed pain medication, Lyrica for the nerve pain, labelled, and was getting injections through X-rays into my SI joint. I was losing hope because nothing was working. When I started to research the Gonstead chiropractor from Australia I considered going to Australia until I heard there was a Gonstead chiropractor closer to me. Dr. Egan is about 3 and a half to 4 hours away from, but I heard some of the testimonials so my parents did not hesitate and brought me anyway. I explained to Lisa Dr. Egan’s chiropractic assistant what was going on and she got me in to see him within a matter of days on a Saturday. Lisa and all of Dr. Egan’s employees are always smiling prepared and fit us in whenever there is an emergency. On my first appointment Dr. Egan used his nerve machine, felt to see exactly where the pain was, and X-rays to see what was going on before he did anything. Dr. Egan was the first person who did not offer me false hope. Dr. Egan informed me that he cannot grantee that he could help, that the patient has to believe it will work, and they would have to follow what’s asked of them. Walking, eating right, doing the exercises suggested, and showing up to their appointments is important to future success. One thing I admire about Dr. Egan is that he genuinely cares about his patients. This was extremely evident to me when I received a curtesy call on the Sunday night after my appointment. He called on his day off to make sure I was okay after the adjustment, and if I had any questions for him. Dr. Egan also offers a free seminar on the Tuesday after your appointment to explain what is wrong with you and what you have to do for the adjustments to hold. I am so thankful for Dr. Egan for giving me my life back, providing me with a sense of purpose and making me feel stronger then ever.

First and foremost, the staff at Peninsula Chiropractic are very welcoming and professional. I had suffered with lower back pain for many years, thinking it was just age related and my profession had wore my body out. Well I was wrong. One day I decided to give chiropractic a try...and at first I didn't feel much different. Then after a few weeks of treatment I noticed that I could look over my shoulder further, and I was able to stand in one spot for longer periods without pain. After another two weeks, other parts of my back were feeling better than ever. I hadn't even realized that I had discomfort. Now after 3 months, I feel like a new person.
