Dr. Ange has been so helpful for me and my family. I've struggled with pain related to scoliosis over the past five years. I've carried and birthed four children, and I thought my pain was related primarily to the physical stressors in my life that a Mom with young children struggles with. Forward bending, child holding, gardening, and housecleaning were some of those stressors. I learned that there were also other stressors impacting my health and wellbeing such as a busy lifestyle, not taking time to rest or process my emotions, and not getting adequate cardiovascular exercise. Dr. Ange not only helped me to recognize these stressors, but she helped me find ways to remove them and fit healthier choices into my life. The end result? I came to see Dr. Ange for my 2 months old baby who had a torticolis following a difficult birth and consequent plagiocephaly (uneven skull shape). By the end of the first session, I had a good understanding of what was going on and felt reassured that Ange would be able to help us. She took the time to explain her approach and was able to give me an estimate of how many sessions would be required. Her estimate was accurate! My baby regained full range of motion of her neck very quickly and her head is now evenly shaped!!! Not only Dr. Ange is knowledgeable, she is also very empathetic and easy to talk to.
