The Towerhill Chiropractic office is clean, and well kept. Lots of free parking out front. We have found Dr S Francis to be professional and caring at the same time. Anytime my family need to be cared for we always go see Dr S Francis. He listens to you about your issues, then works to resolve your pains but also takes the extra time to talk with you. He genuinely cares about his craft and his patients. On more then one occasion I have receive excellent health advice that I know he could be charging for. Dr Francis is a great chiropractor my wife goes to him by-weekly for adjustments and I go from time to time for my neck. He doesn't pressure you to go all the time like other Chiropractors I've been to, he normally suggests when you should come back and leaves it in you court to make the decision and everytime he has suggested a date Ive said no that's ok we will play it by year, and normally the day he suggested is the day I'm calling begging to get in. He also gives great advice for day to day things to help you live a healthier life.

I have been living in pain for 7 years, when I first came in I was nervous because I watched a bunch of you tube videos beforehand DR Francis talked me through everything and showed me charts made me more comfortable knowing what was going on and understanding how to fix the problem. I've been to different doctors and through physiotherapy I've had to go to the emergency room in pain nobody would help me all my xrays were fine...i was "fine". On my first visit after being talked through everything Dr Francis did an adjustment I Have not felt this much relief in a very long time. When I walked out of there I was basically pain free, although I know that it won't last forever, it was indeed a great relief to not have the pain even for a few minutes.
