My first visit with Dr. Cordick was a home visit, to treat lower back pain that had kept me off my feet for five days. After the initial visit and one follow up, I was able to return to work, and resume many normal activities. I'm enjoying my continuing follow ups, as not only do the adjustments help, but so do the home exercises and explanations she gives. And to top it all off, the staff is so very friendly and welcoming!

Jill H. - Ottawa A year ago February I had a fall on the Canal while skating. I had been unable to resume my normal activities other than walking and even that caused significant discomfort. I finally accepted the fact that this was not going away on its own and took the advice of a family member who suggested seeing Dr. Cordick of Cordick Chiropractic and Optimum Health in Perth. I have been going regularly for a month now and have noticed significant improvement. There are times when I have no discomfort in my lower back at all. This week I have been able to get out and garden. Not something I was able to do at all last summer. The adjustments and exercises have enabled me to start getting back to my active lifestyle. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional; and, the clinic conveniently located with plenty of free parking. I highly recommend Cordick Chiropractic.

Great place, I highly recommend it without reservation, and have very good reasons! After an appointment, I feel way better, and they always give me a few health tidbits that are simple and easy to implement. I know the personalized tips work because I can feel the difference, and even after my first appointment I found myself more relaxed and with better posture without discomfort. When I ask a question about chiropractic/general health, I get a full explanation without anything being too overwhelming. Definitely worthwhile to check it out and worth the investment, if you ask me.

Late December I zigged when I should have zagged! X-rays of my back indicated a 'mess" that had been developing over the years and I was referred to Dr. Cordick's practice. The pain at that time was akin to being in labor without an epidural!!!! Dr. Cordick spent a good hour "translating the results of the x-rays into English" and outlining a plan. After several visits coupled with "homework", the pain was reduced to that of a toothache and I was getting a decent night's sleep. I would highly recommend Dr. Cordick. She has really been a life saver during my pregnancies! Update: Christine is amazing. She has also treated 2 of my newborns. I had no idea the benefits of having a baby treated until I had brought a colicky baby with me while I was being seen and they offered to give him an adjustment. We noticed a difference in his temperament almost immediately. When I had another baby a few years later who was colicky and had digestive issues we brought her in right away and again noticed a difference right away. I strongly recommend anyone with a newborn to have them seen!
