We had a wonderful visit. My dad was in so much pain. Shoulder and neck and horrible horrible headaches. He is 82. She did a really interesting treatment with and he felt like $1M and not more headaches. So thankful.

I have been seeking Chiropractor care for over 25 years. I have had short term relief from various back and shoulder issues from other providers. However, Dr. Lena was able to home in on and identify the root causes of these issues and provided me with relief beyond anything I have ever experienced before. She is truly a master of her skill and listens very intently to her patients needs. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lena is outstanding. She is extremely professional, competent and caring. Dr. Lena took the time to listen and understand my health concerns. The treatment for my shoulder and neck was excellent. She give me exercises to do at home to help improve my flexibility and range of motion, which I really value. I will definitely be going back for any injuries and to maintain good health. It's great her clinic is at the Skaha end in Penticton - so close, easy to find and lots of free parking. I highly recommend Dr. Lena at Skaha Health!
