Super clean and comfortable new clinic. Only place in Penticton I'll go to for a massage or Chiro now. They direct bill to my benefits to make the visits easier on the wallet. Dr. Ryan Ranit always gives extra advice over and above treatment and I feel they really care for their patients and community. Couldn't recommend enough!

Since moving back home, I searched and reviewed several chiropractors from Penticton to West Kelowna. The amount of positive reviews for this practice was amazing, as I found after my initial visit with Dr. Nancy Garwah was well justified. I was in total pain, within a few hours I felt about 90% better. Incredible ! Thank you so much Dr. Nancy Garwah :) P.S. Online booking is always a great option, love your system !

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Paid $85 for nothing, told I need to come in tomorrow for treatment, was never told I wouldn't be getting treatment the same day, like all other places do. Had to arrange childcare for my son. So incredibly outraged. If some practitioners do not do same day treatments it should be listed somewhere so people aren't wasting their time and money. Didnt even get any information on what the issues were - was told that I needed to come back tomorrow, which I cannot do, I made the appointment for today - not tomorrow. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

I have had back, neck, and hip problems for as long as I can remember. The day I went to see Shayna for the first time, I literally felt like a new person. I had received chiropractic care for years before this, and never once left feeling the way I did at NuVista. I have gradually gotten better and better, and I have needed to see Shayna less as I am improving so much. I also see Kristina often for massage therapy, and she is a miracle worker. She is little but mighty, and my body is so happy every time I see her for a deep tissue massage. I recommend NuVista to everyone I know and I won't ever stop! Everyone there is incredible at what they do, and they take the time to focus on each client and their individual needs.

He's also understands the psychology of dealing with frustrating injuries that take time to heal. This is something that I feel most practitioners, and healthcare professionals in general, are lacking. To me this is an integral aspect that I appreciate about his treatments. I should also mention Shayna of Nuvista has been a huge help to my wife via chiropractic during pregnancy.

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious, seems well put together. They tell me everything they are doing and why. Will explain things if I ask questions. Exercises I have been given have helped with my treatment. Only thing that is a bit of a bug is the waiting time. I usually have to wait 10-15mins over my appointment time everytime I visit. Would recommend to others easily.

Was on a motorcycle tour when a previous injury decided to flare up, we were stopped at Penticton for the night and I decided it was time to try some muscle massage. Booked in for the next day with Arlene. Wow cant say enough, she was awesome. Diagnosed and worked the affected areas. The next day riding was awesome. Great place ,great staff,wished we were staying longer as a couple more sessions with her and I'm sure I would be 100 percent. Thanks Arleen.
