I have been coming here for several years. Mostly when my work life wears me down. Doug Creaser is an excellent chiropractor and a good person. My wife and I agree that the level of service and care here is second to none. I would recommend anyone with a sore back go here and let them take care of you too.

I've been going to this clinic with my two teens for a couple years now to see Dr. Creaser. He's always attentive to whatever our pain is on that particular day and gives excellent care. He's funny and personable while still being knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.

First, I want to thank my work team mate (Mrs. Sejal M.) for recommending this place to me. This was my first Chiropractic experience and it was very satisfactory. The listening ear of Dr. Vivianne Fortin was everything for me. She explains what she's doing, actively listens, and doesn't rush. I have not been pressured into buying anything. Dr. Vivianne Fortin is the best and only chiropractor that has worked on my work stress related back problems. I received several treatments from Dr. Fortin at this clinic, for back pain and left lower back pain. I was immediately impressed with her ability to assess and isolate the reason I was experiencing discomfort and, in turn, target the area during treatment. I noticed a huge difference right away, with improvement continuing over time with targeted treatment. Dr. Vivianne made a massive difference. I have seen Dr. Natacha Montpellier for several months and it never occurred to her that I might have hypothyroidism. This is pure negligence. For the amount of money she charged she could not diagnose hypothyroidism?! My new ND fixed half of my health problems within a month by prescribing me a new thyroid medication. I highly recommend Douglas as a chiropractor, but I am really frustrated that Natacha has not even thought about getting my thyroid checked by ordering a full thyroid panel test. She also prescribed my a totally useless test for adrenals. The saliva test apparently is a much better test than the blood one. I wasted a lot of money on unnecessary supplements and tests with her. Spend your money wisely, guys, don't waste your precious time and money on incompetent specialists like Natacha.

I have seen all the doctors (Dr. Gorka, Dr. Creaser, and Dr. Castonguay) at this office at one time or another, and they are always thorough, attentive, and caring. If it takes extra time to properly diagnose/perform an adjustment they do it. The rooms are clean, the girls at the front dest always greet clients with a smile, and I'm always excited to have an adjustment. I will be a client for many years to come because the benefits of chiropractic care are vast and diverse.

Dr. Gorka has been treating me for 19 years! I have seen 7 other chiropractors and non of them have the same perfect, gentle touch that Dr. Gorka has. She is always smiling and is there to hear you out. I feel so relaxed and loose after every adjustment! The staff is great, everyone is smiling, positive and enthusiastic. It's a really nice, comfortable environment to walk into! The RMT's are very kind and positive as well! Great Clinic!

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and nothing but pleasant. Unlike some clinics they dont push you into getting more treatments than needed or buying unnecessary items. I would highly reccomend Dr Vivianne Fortin. She is kind, personable and most of all extremely knowledgable and great at what she does. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and patient. I've been there several times and they have made me feel welcome each and every time. Dr Gorka is great. Without a doubt Dr. Vivianne Fortin has been an exceptional tool for my healing process. My daughter and I have been under her care for months now, and we are relieved with the results. She truly cares about each individual, which allows us to trust the process. I used to go to another local Chiropractor, and was seen for tops 2 minutes per session and would leave. I highly recommend Dr. Vivianne Fortin! I saw Dr. Fortin for nagging lower back pain after giving birth by c-section. I had been trying for months to get back to my usual exercise routine, but constantly had set backs because of this lower back pain. Within about a month of starting sessions with Dr. Fortin, my lower back pain was almost fully resolved and I've been able to get back to my workouts and sports with little to no issues. Dr. Fortin also used acupuncture to help me with a chronic achilles issue, which has also helped a lot! Also great: The staff at Ottawa South Chiropractic are so friendly (I sometimes had to bring my 6-month old baby to appointments and they were very accommodating) and there's no wait to get an appointment with Dr. Fortin.
