I've been traveling and not near my regular chiropractor. I called to see if I could get in on the same day. There was not an official opening but the receptionist called Dr. Ali and he was willing to add an extra time for me. He is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever gone to! My whole back was out of alignment from a long car ride and a not so graceful fall off a dock which injured my shoulder. He read my doctor’s “listing” and treatment report, did some basic reflex tests and asked a bunch of questions before starting the treatment. He put electric stim pads on my low back, heat packs on my whole back and let that all sit there for about 10 minutes before any adjustments. He then followed the adjustments with massaging in some Biofreeze. He then had me sit up and tended to my shoulder. A little more electric stim on it, the Biofreeze massage, followed by 2 strips of K-Tape for extra support. It all felt wonderful! He also made an extra appointment time for me to be seen the following day! He helped my back and shoulder pain enormously and I was more than pleased with his treatments! I would highly recommend he and his clinic for any of your chiropractic needs!

I was a bit unsure because I had never seen a chiropractor before, but he was excellent about addressing my concerns and clearly explaining what he would be doing. He was also great about not trying to push me into treatments I was uncomfortable with such as acupuncture. I am pleased to say I have seen great relief and results from seeing Dr. Ali! I always enjoyed the appointments and found his knowledge and combination of massage, chiro and physio to be excellent and effective. Would highly recommend! The clinic itself is also clean and modern, with friendly and efficient receptionists.

I started seeing Dr. Karim Ali late September, with ample time before my previous insurance coverage expired on my 25th birthday, he, alongside reception, worked hard to ensure that I could get my care plan started and previous orthotic prescription updated and covered in time. We started a thorough treatment plan, targeting my right shoulder/rotator cuff that cause me the most debilitating pain. Allowing me to decide the level of intensity at which to begin, we selected to begin with an electro-acupuncture treatment, followed by heat, and an adjustment. After only a few appointments I was given exercise homework, which I have been diligent at performing each day [though there have been ‘bad’ weeks]. The feedback I receive from Dr. Ali indicates that this has been a key role in my ‘recovery’. I have experienced improvements since this first appointment; where I found it excruciatingly painful to sit for any amount of time (let alone work at a computer [as a student, this became debilitating in real-life and my academic and professional careers have suffered]) or go too long without stretching or ‘cracking’ my neck/‘back’. As someone with a mental health condition, he was very compassionate when indicating how often the intensity of the pain is correlated to my anxiety/depression level. He is not reluctant to allow me to check in with how my mind and body become increasingly connected. He continues to answer all of my ‘why’ questions without judgement. The positive feedback I receive on my progress has motivated me to continue to working towards having a healthy spine every day. I am not made to feel guilty, ashamed, or otherwise unmotivated when I have faltered, or otherwise regressed. I have experienced relief from physical and mental pain from my structural issue for the first time in over a year, seeing many various different specialists [including physiotherapy, message therapy, and different chiropractic care; excluding any form of acupuncture] and the benefits have not been shy at presenting themselves. I more than highly recommend Dr. Ali, a supremely talented professional in his field.

Dr. Lee was referred to me by my massage therapist who recommended him highly. The first day I had very bad vertigo and we discussed that this was the first issue that needed to be addressed. He showed compassion and concern while explaining that his assessment may cause the vertigo, which it did; allowing him to know what kind of adjustment was necessary. That appointment was two weeks ago and I have not had any vertigo since. I was surprised it only took one adjustment. I’m continuing to see him about some tightness in my neck and shoulders and I really feel like I am in good hands. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lee is fantastic! I was going to another Chiropractor near my home for several weeks for back pain with very little improvement. A co-worker referred me to Dr. Lee, and after seeing him the first time, I had a 25%-30% reduction in my back pain and symptoms of radiating tingling/numbness down my leg. I believe that the extra time he spent adding ART (Active Release Therapy) to my Chiropractic treatments made a huge difference in resolving my back issue quickly. I was visiting from a 10 hour drive away in the US. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The doctor squeezed me in on the next two consecutive days, and even offered to get me in on the weekend. But I had to travel home. I had two accupuncture treatments and was given treatments that I could carry out at home. My shoulder is much better now. The price was very reasonable, and they honored a coupon that my friend had given me. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Karim Ali is a VERY VERY knowledgeable, caring, very friendly, and gentle Doctor of Chiropractic. He also specializes in massage therapy. Your overall health is very important to him, and it shows. His touch (deep tissue) was aware of how my body was responding, and he gave good feedback on what he was feeling and how I could work at home to stretch affected areas. Dr. Alex Lee is a miracle worker! I first went to him for a frozen shoulder (at the age of 19!) scoliosis, hip and spine issues and I was unable to strength train or even hold a bar without my upper body going numb. It took a while ( I was pretty messed up ) but over the next two years he fixed me and gave me a brand new body! I was given the ability to build my body from 170lb at 6'2 to 260lb, benching 300, deadlifting 435 and squatting 350 with no pain or issues whatsoever. Worth every Penny!
