Was very friendly on the phone and was able to get me in extremely fast! Before coming in I was barely able to lift my arm from an injury at work, afterwards I was able to move freely and move without pain! Very professional!

Wow, I don't even know what to say as I write this. I called in with a simple question, "Do you offer Direct Billing for Veterans" Whoever answered could have easily just said no, but instead he said "We are not interested in that" "Why would we take people's garbage?" Then hung up on me. This was one second ago so these quotes are verbatim. What an insult, in this day and age...to a Veteran who injured his back serving this country. I hate to quote Donald Trump but this was just sad. To anyone reading this I suggest going ANYWHERE but here. Edit* I clearly asked at first about billing for Veterans specifically, and after your garbage comment I asked you to clarify to which you responded by hanging up on me, so no, I will not be calling again. This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with and I stand by my original review and comments. Hopefully you might just listen when someone calls into your practice next time but as for me, I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Bichet spent the time to work through some of my hard to crack areas. I left his office feeling wonderful. He didn't try to tell me that I needed to come in 3 times a week for 8 weeks like some chiropractors do. His price was more than fair for the amazing service I received. Dimitri is a nice guy, very respectful and present, and very quick to get me into an appointment and got to work quickly on me, for an affordable rate. I'm rating three stars because I came in with a specific injury (strained sacral ligament - aka tailbone pain from sitting on bad chairs for a long time) and he never really got to any specific treatment for it, instead jumped into cracking my hips, back, and neck. The whole experience was very fast, sessions were over in about twenty minutes. I did feel generally better and more aligned after these sessions but no real progress was made on the injury which has been causing me serious discomfort. After four sessions I decided to cut my losses and sought another chiropractor who went straight into soft tissue therapy and achieved good progress right away and a solid treatment plan. I respect Dmitri and appreciate his skills but I do feel that he could have taken more time to talk to me and to understand my complaint and my needs. I would recommend him for maintenance adjustments, preventative care, and strength training.
