Dr Debra broke 3 of my ribs, said she’d check with me later in the day never heard from her. She called the second day after 7 PM. I had gone for x-rays which showed three broken ribs not very caring of patients all about the money

For 2 weeks have been trying to speak to a live person when calling this clinic; always goes to voicemail. Hours are weird and complicated (start at 2 or 3 pm, or 7 or 9 am, close at 3 pm or 7 pm etc.) . There are other clinics in the area with better service.

Scheduled an initial appointment for issues with my back; was told this appointment should take one hour. The receptionist was very accomodating and helpful. She briefly assessed me with bodily measurements etc. Once in the assessment room, I was told some machines were not working. I was told to wait for the chiropractor. The wait was over 20 minutes +, in boxers, in a cold room. I decided to leave because I had been there an hour and hadn't seen the chiropractor yet. I did not feel welcomed in this clinic by the chiro. I felt like this place is all about money, not service; basically about squeezing in as many clients as possible to maximize profits.

Dr. Debra is a lifesaver of a different kind. Many years ago I came to see her for a extremely stiff neck that multitude of anti inflammatory pills and physiotherapy couldn’t even touch the pain. At my wits end, friends referred me to her. Her positive and calming spirit, her knowledge and educational background lead me to try chiropractic first time my life. After thorough assessment I had my first adjustment- the release of pressure from My neck was true deliverance. By time I got home 90% pain GONE! No pain at all by the next day. No other chiropractor will do. It has been 10 yrs exactly to the month of my first adjustment-never looked back and never needed another epidural for my old paramedic battered back pain.

Excellent service . Dr Debra is very caring and personable . She knows where the adjustments are needed to improve my back health . Had 2 massage sessions with Rukia and it was amazing .
