Hi, i went there 2 weeks ago, for 1h massage with Dr. Larysa, and it was Absolutely heaven. I had a sport accident 10 years ago on my lower back. And lately I start to feel some pain on my nick “ phone nick pain & laptop on the bed “, and in only 1h, everything was gone .. and in the next days, I even felt better & better.. were my expectation was to recover in the next few days.. and even to get more sessions, “ not only one!! “ ... What a great place! Rob runs a great business and is super helpful and friendly and really knows his stuff. Can't stress that enough. Recently just a massage by Jeremy I believe to treat severe tennis elbow in both arms. I haven't been able to pick up anything weighing more than 5 lbs without wincing for the last week and a half. One session with Jeremy working on my forearms and biceps has improved my condition 1000% only 8 hours later. What a pro!! Can't wait for another session!!

Dr Rob has to be the best chiropractor in the city. His bedside manner, and empathy to the needs of his patients is unparalleled. He took very good care of my and in instances where more extensive treatment was needed, he fix me and sent me on my way. Unlike other chiropractors, I never felt that I needed treatment that was unnecessary. He was extremely honest and didn’t require me to come back multiple times for ridiculous aftercare or touchups that other chiropractors have requested in the past. His honesty and professionalism makes him be my number one choice in the city. I always look forward to the visit. Thank you Dr Rob! UPDATE My last review was 5 years ago and needed to update. This place is still rocking a easy 5 star and if I could rate it higher, I would. Larissa RMT is phenomenal. Strong but gentil, gets you in all the right spots and provides relief. Dr Le is a force to be reconned with. He is a champ. In wanting to provide me with relief and comfort, he has on numerous occasions, gone above and beyond what I would expect in the medical field. He is friendly and attentive and truly sense he really wants me to be better and living well. The front office staff (Sheila) have made such understanding accommodations for me in regards to booking appointments. This place is the real deal and should be a model for other clinics. Don’t think twice about making an appointment here, just do yourself the favour and book. My physical and mental health’s wellness is directly attributed to the services provided here and the outstanding staff. Thank you!

Very organized and professional office. Everyone is so friendly. Lisa is always welcoming. I've been seeing Dr Le for a little over a year to get treated for my neck and upper back tightness from my dental hygiene work. Dr Le is very attentive in the areas of need. After every visit, I always rejuvenated again. P.s. if you haven't tried it, the Shockwave machine works wonders !! Highly recommended ! Thank you again

Awesome place, from the reception all the way to the Dr. they just have just the best people all around, they have some of the best massage therapist in the city and definitely the BEST Chiropractor I even had the privilege to see, I mean the assistant are always making sure you are still comfortable during any treatment. I've seen several chiropractors since moving to Ottawa, but for the last 7 years it's been exclusively with Dr Rob. His knowledge, skill and sincere approach to wellness separates him from the rest. The staff are also extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.

Dr charlene and jeremy are awesome but their customer service staff ( receptionist) is so incompetent it's painful. Very slow to pay. Paper work is never submitted quickly or at all if you don't follow up 5 times and they always book appointments for you and when you show up they don't exist!

The clinic offers excellent service; friendly staff, effective treatment and great customer service. I was sceptical at first due to the ease of booking an appointment. When I arrived at the office, many people were waiting in the lobby but the staff was very organized and ensured that we were greeted. I saw Dr. Taylor for shoulder, neck and Achilles pain. I immediately noticed my neck and Achilles pain getting better after the electro massage and acupuncture treatment. Dr. Taylor made me feel comfortable during my treatment. I highly recommend the clinic to others! :)

Exceptional service Lisa is a sweetheart and very good with accommodating appointments. Dr Ho is a very talented and knowledgable Chiropractor who will take the time to go through different stretches to help maintain a healthy back and neck. This location is extremely professional and welcoming. Your first visit will likely be longer due to the screening and general health questions. The subsequent appointments are much quicker ranging from 15 - 35 minutes (depending on your needs of course). Will recommend this location for the rest of my life.

Dr. Rucha is one of the sweetest and down to earth people I have ever met. I have been dealing with SIBO for about 10 years and have unsuccessfully tried to treat it 4 times. In the short amount of time I have been seeing her she has changed my world for the better. Dr. Rucha found the perfect protocol to help me and has made it possible to add so many more foods to my diet, has improved my mood tremendously and had given me my confidence back. Larysa is fantastic. After seeing 3 other professionals (a chiropractictor, 2 different physios) my family doctor recommended Larysa. She's "excellent" said my family doc. And Larysa is. The pain and mobility in my jaw was significantly alleviated after 2 sessions. After a month or so of doing the exercises she gave me I'm almost back to normal. I definitely do not need the invasive medical procedure recommended my my oral surgeon.

I've been to the clinic a few times now, and the only reason i always go back when in need is to see Dr. Robert Laquerre. He has helped me with so many different injuries, and the minute i walk out of there i feel much better. Usually within a few sessions I am back to normal. Furthermore, all the start at the clinic are really nice and knowledgeable. Aside from his chiropractor expertise, he's quite a genuine guy, very friendly and he remembers his clients and the injuries they suffered. Do yourself a favor and if you are in pain go see him. Highly highly recommended! 5 STARS ++++
