Completely dissatisfied with the customer service I have experienced. Went in for my first appointment in the fall and everything went great. Picked out my shoes the next day and have not heard back since. Have called and left voicemails for the secretary asking to return my call and still nothing. I have left multiple voicemails for months and still have heard nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everyone’s reviews here are correct in terms of poor customer service. Conveniently when you need to make an appointment phone calls are answered and appointments are scheduled right away. To have your orthotics picked up is a completely different nightmare. I saw Dr. Lysyk right after Easter and it wasn’t until July that I finally received my orthotics. I have called multiple times Left multiple messages. I’m talking 20 times in a row every other hour and still haven’t had my calls returned. I have received excuse after excuse and blaming covid but this also happened four years ago after getting my first pair. Fast forward to receiving my orthotics and owing a balance from my insurance company. Lysyk was suddenly available to call me 2-3 times a day DAILY until he got his money. Funny how that works. You’re available to collect from people so you can get paid but it takes months for me to receive my product that I paid for. Fortunately for him he got a taste of what waiting feels like as I felt he wasn’t owed the common decency he couldn’t give me of answering my calls and delivering the product. It took 3 months to receive my shoes which equates to three months of waiting to receive your payment. You get what you give. Lesson learned myself or my family will not be coming back here for any type of business as it is highly unprofessional. Though Dr. Lysyk is knowledgeable his business is poorly run and a complete turn off to work with. I will not recommend to anyone in the future since this business doesn’t even have the decency to communicate with you about their wrongdoings and screen your calls to avoid you instead.

I have never been, so I cannot say if they provide quality chiropractic care. BUT.. for anyone who has Green Shield as an insurance provider, they have DELISTED this business and Dr. Anthony Lysyk. ????

Received orthotics a year later. These were for a teen so they no longer could use them. We are going on three years still waiting for them to file appropriate insurance paperwork. Called and emailed numerous times outlining what had to be sent, still waiting on getting my money back from 2018!

Terrible, terrible service. Don't bother. A complete waste of time. Ordered orthotics in September and still haven't received them. Just called the store we ordered our shoes from and they still haven't been picked up!! I have called and left over 20 messages. I have been reassured several times that they would be ready any day. Thoroughly disappointed.
