I have been going to Discover Wellness for about a year now and highly recommend them. I’ve been treated by Amanda, Jack and Peter who are all excellent RMT’s. Peter is super experienced with athletes and explains the body mechanics and gives great advice like stretches and exercises. I prefer the deep tissue massage but they also offer many other types of holistic practices as well. I bought some silicone cups to do my own Chinese cupping treatments at home in between treatments. Try them out. I’m certain you’ll be totally impressed. They’re even offering a kombucha workshop.

The new sound and movement vibration bed is like nothing I have ever experienced before. Twenty minutes of mental and physical relaxation and stimulation. I fell into a deep meditative state that took me quite some time to come out of so leave yourself significantly more than the 20 minutes for the session. It was wonderful; just brought me down a whole level that had lasting power - an incredible suggestion for ending your work day!

Jack and the staff at Discover Wellness are fabulous. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Discover Wellness has a variety of hours available for service and should fix everyone's schedule (days, evenings and weekends). In addition to flexible hours, they offer a wide variety of services, a little something for everyone. I really like that I can schedule my services online using the easy booking tools; and receiving the text reminders is great as I don't always look at my emails in time. I highly recommend all the staff and services offered through Discover Wellness, so give them a try, you won't be disappointed. September 7, 2021 - in addition to my previous review, this past weekend I was experiencing sever neck pain and needed some assistance immediately. Holly was able to get me in and work on my trouble spots. I am super thankful to her for being flexible and accommodating me on such short notice.

I tried to book rmt sessions for my back injury being covered by the wsib, and was told that since they are doing so many of those I would have to pay up-front and file all the paper work myself. I've been out of work for 11 months and am trying to get better, this option left me with no choice but to keep looking. SHAME ON THIS CLINIC, NOW IM STILL IN PAIN BECAUSE OF YOUR LAZINESS. This response by the clinic is unacceptable. I was referred to this specific clinic from a former employee now working at another clinic, saying you specifically have whats necessary to handle my claim. Shame on you. Have some accountability.

Best place to get a massage. The new owner(Jack) is also one of the RMT's there, he has some of the best healing hands. He knows where to find the places that hurt the most and work them out. He also gives recommendations on how to keep the hurt away.
