this place rocks! Dr. Teon REALLY cares about his patients and goes the extra mile for them. He is NOT your typical chiropractor by a longshot. The staff is very kind and always smiling and welcoming. No fuss no muss...this place is stellar for customer service, the right tools to cure what ails you, and a Dr. with a great bedside manner who you can understand and bend his ear for whatever questions you may have. I've been to the rest and he is by far the best!!!!!!! Only thing that has helped my back pain thus far. Dr. Teon and his staff were so accommodating during my third trimester of pregnancy. They fit me right into the busy schedule that same day to try and help baby girl turn from being breech. The team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I continued sessions 3 days a week until week 38 and felt an immense improvement in my posture, back, shoulder and neck tightness while pregnant. I could walk, rather than waddle, my pregnant belly once more. It was incredible. With the Webster technique baby girl was able to be turned head down several times from breech position. I highly recommend this chiropractor and hope to return in the future!

When I was around 15/16 I was thrown over the handlebars of my bike and landed somewhere on my head, leading to a concussion and what would eventually be the worst Migraines!!! To the point where I needed days to recover. I was prescribed meds, went to the ENT and Neurologist and even my old chiropractor for relief with that as well as a bulging disc in my lower back, bad hips, etc. Not one single person said "let's take an x-ray and do some things that will help either diminish those Migraines or even wipe them out completely!" Well, the other morning I was on Facebook and scrolled by an ad for Ontario Chiropractic. All I needed to see were the words "Migraines" and "NHL players...." And I knew I had to at least check them out! So I signed up for the voucher that was advertised at the time as I had previously been traveling back home to Buffalo to see my original chiropractor. If you're looking for someone who KNOWS pain, has lived through it and did something to help themselves and eventually others!?!? Then I highly recommend Ontario Family Chiropractic!! Dr. Teon is the only doctor who was able to help me. I was diagnosed with scoliosis by my pediatrician when I was 13, and I have had chronic back and neck pain for the past 11 years. I went to school to be a radiology tech. Standing for most of the day became unbearable, and after 2 years my pain was so severe I was no longer able to do my job. I was also getting terrible migraines. The prescription pain and headache medications were not helping at all and making me sick. My doctor said there was nothing else he could do and referred me to a PT. I tried PT for a year, and went to a few different locations. They gave me exercises, stretches, and put muscle stimulation and ultrasound on me. After that didn't help, I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who wanted to do spinal fusion surgery. He said it may help my spine from getting worse, but I may have to live with the pain. Finally, I was referred to Dr.T by a friend who had been going to see him. After only 6 months, it is the first time that I am almost completely pain free. His protocol was totally different than anything else anyone has tried. He did adjustments, cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, and vibration therapy. I started noticing improvements within a few months, and now my x-rays show improvements and my posture is much better. I am now able to return to work, and I'm able to hike and exercise. I feel that I got my life and health back. I wish I knew about this place sooner.

It took some urging to get me to seek chiropractic care, but seeing two compressed discs, loss of proper spinal curvature on my x-ray and experiencing a significant improvement after only two adjustments convinced me! I thought the pain in my lower back was the price of getting older. Under Dr Teon's expert care, I feel ten years younger: I no longer cringe with lower back pain when leaning over the sink, the arm pain and numbness in my fingertips have disappeared, and my migraines have all but gone away (I did have one after not seeing Dr T for six weeks). Where do I start? For a very long time, I had been experiencing headaches, low energy, achiness, weight gain....I just didn't feel good. I started going to Teon several weeks ago after enduring headaches daily for months on end. I new the headaches were tension and stemming from the neck. I had a visit to the ER with a migraine over the summer that had me down for days. If you’ve been to the ER you know they push you meds and send you on your way. Id been reading about this place that could possibly help me. So finally I called and made an appointment. I was super anxious on my first visit. I thought I’m gonna go in there and he’s gonna break my neck or make this worse somehow. I’m not normally an anxious person but man I was actually shaking a little. My husband was leery of chiropractors due to one telling him she could do no more. Well let me tell you, after 1 visit he had a different view. My husband was in so much pain he had trouble sleeping and was in constant pain. One visit and a couple of things just to see if he could give him a little relief. Dr. Teon is amazing!! I've always had a fear of chiropractors and bones popping. :( I was working out at the gym daily and kept having hip pain. I finally let it get so bad that I couldn't tolerate it anymore, so I decided to call Dr. Teon. His staff was very helpful and really friendly. Dr. T convinced me to have an adjustment. I was very nervous of my fear. Dr. T took a 10 min adjustment and turned it into a 20 minute adjustment talking me trough each step. After I popped he'd let me rest for a while and come back to do another body part. He was very gentle and PATIENT with me. Once he finished I didn't have any pain at all. I now go to him for an alignment more often instead of walking around in pain. He's slowly helping me conquer my fear!!! Great place!!!!

Right from the start going to this office has been a great experience! After a few back spasms on a Sunday, I woke on Monday and could barely walk. The pain was so intense I couldn't sit or stand. After reading the online reviews, and being in so much pain I knew I had to do something. I wasn't even sure they could fit me in, but the office staff is so nice, I called at 9 AM and they squeezed me in at 10. I was there on Monday and Tuesday and was actually able to return to work on Wednesday. I continued to see Dr. T that week and the next. We then set up a plan to help my back and neck after going over my xrays and what would help me. Now, going twice a week and a little over a month later, I feel so much better. Dr. T takes the time to work with you and really helps you to feel comfortable with the plan he puts in place. My neck and back feel better than they have in a long time. And they are all so nice there!! You don't always find that kindness in professional care offices. I highly recommend Ontario Family Chiropractic! You won't be disappointed.

I started to see Dr. T several weeks ago due to severe pelvic and back pain related to my pregnancy. I was about 24/25 weeks pregnant when I started with him, and at that time just doing everyday tasks like standing up, getting dressed, and turning over in bed were extremely painful. After just a couple of sessions with Dr. T, the pain went from an 8-9 level to a 5-6 level and now after several weeks, the pain is only occasional, generally because I over-do it.
