Dr. Andrew Moore and the staff at Moore Chiropractic Centre are very courteous, friendly and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Andrew Moore by a friend who is a patient of his. My reason for visiting Dr. Andrew was because of my severe neck spasms which occurred because of a car accident many years ago causing herniated discs in my neck as well as nerve damage. After having my initial assessment, it was evident that my body was undergoing a lot more stress than just my symptoms from my car accident. After 3 months of being under the care of Dr. Andrew, I have already seen amazing results that not only helped my neck spasms, but my entire body and other issues. Since having adjustments, I have not encountered a neck spasm, my nerve damage in my arm is not noticeable and headaches due to the neck spasms have diminished completely. The treatment has also helped with my IBS, skin conditions, and so much more. I feel so unimaginably healthy and that is all thanks to Dr. Andrew who does his job very well and is always willing to help and explain things. I would recommend Dr. Andrew and his chiropractic care to everyone. Thank you Dr. Andrew for allowing me to feel like a million bucks and to live a healthy life!

Amazing, patient, friendly staff. All treatment options are reviewed. After 20 years of consistent headaches, I have been headache free for 4 years with monthly 5min appointments with Dr. Moore. I would be spending more on Advil and days off work if I didn’t take the time to see my chiropractor! Dr. Andrew Moore has effectively treated me for allergies using a gentle, non-invasive chiropractic application. For many years I dealt with discomfort due to my seasonal allergies and after my 3rd child my left hip would pop during exercise. Dr. Andrew has helped me, with very convenient and fast adjustment appointments, achieve a higher sate of health and alignment. After only a few months the results I have noticed are phenomenal. I am no longer dependent upon allergy relief medicine and I no longer experience the discomfort in my hips during exercise, especially while practicing yoga. I want to start with the fact that I strongly believe in chiropractic medicine and have benefited from it for over a decade. I've never had a complaint after 4 separate practices until now. I woke up one morning with my neck locked to the right at a 50 degree angle. The pain was intense and I came to this practice out of necessity and convenience of proximity. What I asked for and needed was hands on relief, and basic first aid. What I received was high tech pixilated baby deer dancing by a babbling brook. Somehow the majesty of forest critters didn't make the pain go away we got an X-ray to confirm my head was indeed at a 50 degree angle. Thankfully to modern medicine we clouded it was and I had reason to be in distress. I couldn't hold my arm up due to the radiating pain to my shoulder. I asked for help with this too, and in hindsight needed a simple triangular which comes with any basic first aid kit. I was never offered a sling, ice, or hands on massaging aside from literally flicking my neck 3 times. The troubling thing was that I was in distress and it flustered my doctor beyond reprise. He never considered first aid solutions and rudimentary comfort. He sweated and stumbled his way through an assessment that left me in nearly twice the pain by the time we left. In hindsight I should of done those things for myself, but I was in serious pain and needed professional help. This practice not only couldn't help but made it worse. I don't recomend going here unless you hate yourself.

Dr. Andrew Moore is the real deal! After developing a sudden vestibular condition, I visited Moore Chiropractic in hopes that the NUCCA procedure could assist me. Working with Dr. Andrew for only 2 weeks was when I began to finally improve after months of suffering. He cured me of chronic neck pain and improved my balance tremendously. Having suffered not only from neck pain & migraines for years, I've also suffered from the debilitating effects of Meniere's disease ... which unfortunately is not well understood in the medical community. Nor are there viable treatment options left, other than extremely invasive ones. I decided to do some outside the box thinking and research, and was very intrigued by what I read about NUCCA treatments. I'm so very amazed and impressed by the difference!! The neck pain is pretty much gone, I don't eat Advil like candy anymore, the scans and balance tests all confirm what I'm feeling, and what others around me see. It's not a cure for Meniere's .. but wow ... I really mean .. WOW! The difference in a few months has been incredible. And how incredible to finally talk to someone who really understands what Meniere's is. How truly wonderful to get relief, less occurences, and less severity. What a blessing this has been. The entire experience is nothing less than fantastic.

Been seeing Dr. Andrew for about 6 weeks after 2 years of numerous specialists (multiple physiotherapists, massage, acupuncture, naturopath, even other chiropractors), and went specifically to try Nucca. Severe headaches, tinnitus, neck pain, dizziness/lightheadedness, blurred vision...the list goes on. The very non-invasive practise and minimal manipulation and how he performs it almost seems at first that it's not going to do anything, but amazingly it has helped tremendously. I'm not 100% yet but this is the first time I've had any sort of relief. A little more expensive than other chiropractors, but worth it.

My 8 year old son was diagnosed Anemic in November of 2016. His hemoglobin level was below normal - he was very pale and had low energy levels. Our family physician suggested iron supplements and was then referred to a paediatric GI specialist. When we saw the specialist they ran more blood tests and he still remained below normal after the iron supplement. We stopped the iron supplement. We then went to see Dr. Andrew he scheduled adjustments twice a week for a month and then once a week for a month. We had a follow up appointment with the GI specialist two months from our initial appointment with Dr. Andrew and they re-ran his bloodwork. My sons hemoglobin was 133 - in the words of the doctor - "perfect" levels and he was dismissed from her care. My son since his chiropractic care has regained his colour and energy levels are back to normal. Thanks Dr. Andrew for all your help.

Although NUCCA practices are fantastic with relieving spinal symptoms that cause a number of common side effects, I was not impressed with my recent visit to Moore Chiropractic. I regularly visit a NUCCA practice in Alberta. Over this past Christmas break I was visiting some family in Southern Ontario and needed an adjustment. Prior to this trip I was informed by my NUCCA professional that if I brought the scans of my notes from his office, any other office would be able to just provide an adjustment without needed the expensive assessment fees often associated with NUCCA. Encouraged by this information, while on my trip to Ontario I contacted Moore Chiropractic to request an adjustment and informed them over the phone that I would have copies of my adjustment notes provided by the office here in Calgary. I was told that an adjustment by Moore Chiropractic would only be 51$, so I made the appointment. Day of, I showed up to be greeted by a friendly staff. The professional who would do the adjustment was very nice. I was told they would need to do a few tests in order to have some information in my file in case they were ever audited. The test consisted of watching a completely ridiculous video to gauge my stress levels, removing my shirt in the general hall way for temperatures of back muscles be taken ( which I thought was quite uncomfortable to be removing clothing in a space anyone could have walked through), and a few other tests. I then received my long awaited adjustment and was informed that they had modified the total bill to a third of usual first time assessment fees, but was still $151. Since I was told before hand the fees would be 100$ less, I was a bit shocked by this. I recognize NUCCA often brings a hefty price tag with it. However, being a student and my wife being on maternity leave, the 100$ extra fee for a few minute unicorn video and a roller that went up and down my spine twice was excessive. Unfortunately there are very few NUCCA practices in Southern Ontario. If options were more plentiful I would definitely look elsewhere in the future when we come visit Ontario again.

When I first saw doctor Moore he promised me an array of benefits from chiropractic treatment. I went to him with neck pains and headaches from a neck injury I had sustained a month prior. I found relief at first, but nothing was permanent. I had appointments every week for about a year, and my neck pain and headaches would continue to come and go.If I missed an appointment or did any physical activity between appointments my headaches and neck pain would come back and sometimes be worse. I had to go every week just to feel normal. It was definitely not a good treatment plan for trying to recover from an injury. He also manipulated my back unnecessarily. I had a curve in my spine that I was born with which caused no health problems for me, yet he manipulated my back anyway which gave me funny feelings in my legs and I would always have to have him correct that each visit. I was optimistic at first, but after 1 year and no lasting relief I think my money is better spent on physiotherapy and massage therapy, both of which have provided lasting relief. Not once did he ever suggest I seek other treatment for stiff muscles in my neck, nor did he suggest my neck pain could be a muscular problem rather than a skeletal problem. In hindsight I find his method of treatment and indiscriminate manipulation of my spine reckless and irresponsible. The fact that he never suggested my headaches could be tension related from muscles (which ultimately they were) also made me suspicious of his practice. If you want permanent relief of an injury, find a physiotherapist; do not waste your time and money on indefinite chiropractic treatment just to feel normal.

I almost accepted my neck injury was never going to get any better after 40 to 50 appointments at other chiropractors. I lost my confidence and I was going to live with my very limited neck mobility and daily acute neck pain for the rest of my life until I found specialist in upper cervical chiropractics Dr Brett Moore and Dr Andrew Moore. I'm glad I took a chance on them. Now I'm 33 appointments in and pain free, I can rotate shoulders while sleeping pain free and without waking up. It's nice to be able to turn my head with out turning my shoulders. This 8 year old injury is almost healed now and I just go for maintenance every 2 weeks and soon will move to 1 a month. If Moore Chiropractors can fix my stiff neck they can fix anybody. Nobody should live with neck pain in the 21st century.

Since my very first visit with Dr A. Moore nearly 3 years ago, I have had only positive outcomes. I went initially due to bad pain in my upper back/lower neck. After my first visit, I felt better. I then learned (from x-rays) that my neck pain was from the upper part of my spine (base of my neck) bending the wrong way. In less than 3 years, Dr A. Moore has already helped it to move back in the direction it should be, something most chiropractors say is impossible. My neck feels better than it has in several years.
