I had suffered with off and on attacks of sciatic back pain for over 15 years. The bouts had become more severe in recent years, at times with severe back pain and numbness and lost feeling in my lower right leg and foot. As these recurrences would come and go every few months, I thought I would simply have to live with the problem. After one particular bad episode of sciatica three years ago, where I had severe back pain and difficulty walking due to leg and foot numbness, my family Doctor diagnosed me with degenerative disk disease and suggested I see a chiropractor. Dr. Guarnaccia’s office is close to my home and his reviews were good so I decided to see him for a consultation. I am glad I did. Considering that my condition is chronic and cannot be fixed, I was really hoping he could help me manage my back condition to reduce or eliminate the recurring episodes. I have been seeing him for 3 years now and during this time I have had no recurring episodes of sciatic back pain or leg numbness. This is exactly the outcome I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Dr. Guarnaccia. He and his office provide excellent service.

He is VERY thorough and takes the time to explain and show clients what is happening with their spinal health. I first arrived with a pinched nerve in my neck and 40% loss of strength/feeling in my right arm - the neuro surgeon told me there was nothing he could do to help me. When I first met Dr. Guarnaccia, I had been suffering from chronic pain in my neck, back, and shoulders for several years. I was desperate. It took a few weeks of regular visits 2-3 times a week before I began to feel much better and after a few more weeks, virtually pain free. I have had adjustments done weekly ever since. Not only is the pain absent most of the time, but tests have shown that my immune system has improved dramatically. I remain free from seasonal colds and other infections, as does my husband who is also a patient. We enjoy our weekly visit and it is so pleasant to be warmly welcomed each week by Lisa, Tamara and Dr. Guarnaccia.

I met Dr. Guarnaccia in the recent home show. Then went to his clinic and see how Chiropractic works. The first few visits has impressed me with his friendly, professional and knowledgeable process. It is the first time that I fully understand my problem when he goes through the spine X-ray with me step by step. The following a few treatments also surprised me with the outcome. My sleep is much better improved. Actually I have not had a sound deep sleep for many many years. But now I can have deep good sleep. That is so wonderful.
