Look no further for a chiropractic clinic, this is it. I have been seeing Dr. Terry for almost two years and he has an amazing ability to pinpoint the problem and work on a suitable treatment. I have had back issues most of my life and Dr. Terry has been able to navigate me out of the painful acute episodes and get me back on my feet in a very short amount of time. I have tried other chiropractors in Oakville but this is where I have achieved the best results and would highly recommend coming here to anyone. This is not the type of clinic where you’re left in a room waiting your turn because Dr. Terry’s method is to spend 100% of your appointment time working directly with you and not going back and forth between other patients giving you the attention you deserve. He is punctual, and extremely knowledgeable and will patiently answer your questions while listening to what is ailing you. The clinic is very clean and easy to find with ample parking and given that Dr. Terry works long hours, it is possible to get an appointment on short notice if required. The online booking tool is very convenient too because you can choose your own time slot that suits your schedule. If you’re looking for relief from pain then you have come to the right place.

Dr. Lemay is amazing. I’ve been struggling with back and neck pain as well as constant headaches. I’m feeling so much better now. Dr. Lemay takes time to properly assess you every time you come not only during the initial visit. It’s not your typical 5 minute chiro session. Dr. Lemay really cares about his patients’ wellbeing and won’t let you leave until you feel better. However, if you want to forget what pain is, you have to be consistent with your visits. I’ve been doing chiro for years but I’ve never tried acupuncture before. Dr. Lemay offered me to try it and I really liked it. Especially when you do it together with the adjustments. I have endured nearly 3 months of intense back and leg pain due to an issue with a degenerated disc. After trying other treatment options and a lack of any improvement I found Dr. Terry Lemay and the Oakville Chiropractic & Family Health. During my initial assessment, Dr. Lemay walked me through all the potential causes and treatment options (chiropractic care, acupuncture, pressure point work and stretching) to get me back to my normal life. I was thoroughly impressed with the holistic and natural approach to treat more than just my current pain but also giving me the tools and support for long term maintenance to reduce future incidents. Part of my treatment plan includes the use of acupuncture which I had previously experienced elsewhere and found it to be painful and uncomfortable. To my surprise, Dr. Lemay's style, experience and explanations have changed my complete perception of the procedure. If you are nervous or unsure about acupuncture I encourage you to try it, you will not regret it. I have only had three sessions and, while I still have some distance to go on my healing, for the first time in recent memory I am able to resume doing the thing I enjoy without the constant pain.

We are so grateful to have found Dr. Lemay when we moved to Oakville 2 years ago. He's an expert in his ability to find the source of the pain and fix it. You don't feel rushed with him and he patiently listens to everything you have to say. He uses different techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain and doesnt just stick to adjustments. I've always found my symptoms improving within 2-3 appointments which is pretty staggering! I recently saw him for right shoulder injury with almost zero mobility and sharp throbbing pain. He used acupressure on this occasion and I'm nearly pain free after 2 sessions! He provides simple at-home pain management techniques that augment his treatment. He is very flexible and accommodating will try to fit you in, sometimes even if it means staying after hours. We are so happy we found him. Both me and my wife go to him and have found great results! I started going to see Dr. Lemay in 1999 after trying for years to find a suitable chiropractor in Oakville that I had confidence in. Over the years I have gone to see Dr. Lemay when I had severe pain in my back and in my shoulders. As a matter of fact four years ago, I was ready to quit golf because of severe pain in my shoulders. Dr. Lemay assured me that he would have me playing golf again. He was right. After several chiropractic treatments and acupuncture applications I was able to play golf again. I played 75 rounds of golf this year. always made sure to see Dr. Lemay at least once per month for a tuneup. I believe going to see Dr. Lemay at least once per month has kept my body in alignment and helped to avoid any major issues. I have total confidence in Dr. Lemay's ability as a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. Not only is he competent in applying his knowledge and experience, he is a great listener with a great sense of humour and I always feel that he has my welfare at heart. I am 75 years young and I always ask him after an adjustment what would I do if I didn't have him to keep my body moving? All I know is that I am grateful to have met him back in 1999. I have been seeing Dr. Terry for about 2 weeks and he was able to fix my knees for such a short period of time.
