I was visiting my family on the island for the first time in years and my wife was celebrating her birthday. Last minute I needed to get her a massage as a gift and the staff was great at booking us in the next day (along with my sister in-law!) The staff were 100% professional and personable, explaining what was going to happen and just providing an exceptionally relaxing and pain-reducing stay. I needed a spatula to get them out of there, they were both so relaxed by the end. As a result we are now looking for similar RMTs at home to continue the work they had started. We will DEFINITELY be back as soon as we can.

I had acupuncture with Jessica and I couldn’t ask for more out of a practitioner. With me being a nursing student she was happy to work around my night shift aches and pains and lack of sleep before finals, giving me lifestyle tips that applied to me instead of a standard “you should sleep more.” She was also happy to explain Eastern medicine to someone who practices in Western medicine, acknowledging the place for both in our modern world. Fabulous facility, modern, spacious and very comfortable! I had a massage a couple of weeks ago with Liz, and it was probably in the top 15 percentile of massages I've had. Overall attention to detail by the people who run this business is impressive. Everything they do, from their detailed intake form asking about all of your preferences for treatment, to their hospitable welcome and comfortable lobby make this clinic an absolute must see! Also, since it's beside the Y, what a convenient way to get a steam in and warm up before your massage! I highly recommend this clinic.

Mikel is my RMT, Jeff is my acupuncturist, Dawn is my chiropractor. What a trifecta; the trio worked very efficiently in tandem to ensure a steady recovery from my injuries sustained from a recent motor vehicle accident. Being rear-ended out of the blue is something I don't have complete control over, but finding proper help is something I could do. The staff at Geometry mean business. They're all about putting patients back into alignment and improving their quality of life. Maybe after my recovery, I can start enjoying it as a luxurious treat... but for now it is an essential need.

This is a nice massage studio with good facilities. I highly recommend going to Sam. My husband and I have been seeing him for almost a year now and we have had no complaints. We are both fairly athletic and it is nice seeing someone who can apply a lot of pressure and who can suggest excercises and stretches for our various sports related ailments. At one point I had issues with my hips, Sam immideately identified that it was caused by my psoas which he was able to get into - that fixed my issue (even though the process was painful haha).

Matt is an excellent physiotherapist. His treatment is thorough and effective. My suggestion to Geometry is that they consider allowing two people into the waiting room at a time rather than making everyone wait outside. Other health clinics allow people in the waiting room if they can be physically distanced, and Geometry has two seats with more than enough room for distancing. It's a cold time of year to be waiting outside for 10-15 minutes!

Overall, your average facility. Rooms have a chair, table, and a speaker. Sound does travel into all rooms, despite this, some therapist will talk to their clients in the hallway. Areas for improvement - Not all music is calming. Occasionally there are hiccups with the playlist, and aggressive animal sounds will be played during your appointment. - Hangers aren't available in every room. Always a disappointment. - Multiple instances of reception staff having loud discussions for 30-45 minutes which could be heard in the 1st massage room - Waitlist feature on JaneApp does not work. Appointments have become available but were not offered. Booked into those appointments myself, after discovering they had become available. JaneApp is used for online booking. Bookings are limited to 10 weeks in advance. Not wheelchair accessible.

Fantastic, experienced and very helpful. So far I have been to geometry twice now with 3 more bookings ahead. Upon my first booking I was greeted and presented with a multitude of booking options. At one point I did have have to cancel an appointment due to snow - this was done flawlessly and without any hassle. So far I have seen Markus Von Hacht (Athletic Therapy) and Craig Lyall (Registered Massage Therapist) (both of whom I certainly recommend for Athletic Therapy and Registered Massage Therapy!) I am looking forward to returning for not only some "structural repair" but also some relaxing massages. Finally a venue that is inclusive to everything I require to heal and relax.

If RMT Gauge Levesque ever starts a cult, I would find religion. 30 minutes of a perfect combo of relaxation and pressure release. I came in with a very sore neck and walked out feeling a million times better. For an extra bonus, the massage table was much comfier than others I've come across. Every person I've had has been fantastic, but most recently I saw Amy. She did a fantastic job at fleshing out what I wanted from the session and the massage was incredible. She was great at reading when I wanted to be quiet and relax and when to engage in conversation. The music choice was relaxing as well. She also took some time to go over some muscle strengthening techniques for me to try at home at the end of the session. She's been helpful at working through some chronic issues and I have been seeing improvements in my mobility and movement. The clinic is very clean and the front staff are always lovely. I have no fears about the way they are handling the extra cleaning with covid without making it feel too sterile. I would recommend Andrea for your future RMT appointments.

Other places even with Covid allows clients 10 minutes prior to the time of appointment for the reasons mentioned below. Also they did direct payment. If you'll like to discuss it further you have my info, otherwise take care. Carlos is a good massage therapist: good at his job and professional. The place is not quiet: people are talking in other rooms and can hear the conversations from reception. It's a loud place. Definitely not acting in client's best interest due to poor organizational skills.Having clients picked up from outside exacly at the time at appointment is cutting at least 10-15 minutes or more from the treatment time: the massage should start exacly at the time booked. The clients should be let in at least 10 minutes before in order to get ready, sign the tablet consent, etc. I have been told Geometry does direct claims when I booked ,but at the end front desk told me it didn't go through. Considering I submitted the forms 2 weeks before they had enough time to set it up for direct payment. When I called SunLife the second day I've been told the provider cancel it not them. So Geometry canceled the direct claim and charged me instead. I got reimbursed by SunLife. No I won't use Geometry services again.

Very nice setting. I understand about Covid-19 precautions but I think that having people wait outside rather than inside on a chair is not practical. My massage was with Carlos Grouchy. He is a very nice person but he does not use different techniques, it felt redundant. I also had bruises that lasted for one week.

Amy Marchant was my practitioner yesterday and she’s incredible. Love her technique working on there muscles deeply without lotion at the beginning- unique and something you have to have if you love deep tissue massage where they’re actually working the muscles. Was very great about my body being pregnant and knowing what to work on. I’m super picky about my RMTs for context haha. Just wish we lived here so I could see her again. Highly recommend!!!

The place is convenient to reach. Street parking available right in front and opposite side of the road. Well lit and clean office. They have a 'bold' and unique logo, reflecting the name and essence of the venture. Even the interior decoration and arrangements reflect that. One can observe the geometry behind everything strategically placed there, it's well integrated. So far, the service provided by both the front office as well as the therapists have been great!
