Chiro is a very necessary part of taking care of my body! You should go!

Always thought the back pain I have experienced since I was a teenager was normal until the pain became too much and I went to see Dr. Glen. 40 years old and I can do cartwheels again! haha. I've had worsening back problems for the past 5 years, with absolutely no luck in relieving any of the pain or treating the problem. At my worst, I could barely lean forward without intense pain. Sitting was agonizing, and I spent a lot of the time laying on the floor. The most I got from my doctor was "take these pain meds and do these stretches", which did absolutely nothing. I was slowly beginning to realize that at 30 years old I was going to have a very long and painful life ahead of me if things were already this bad. Fast forward to today. I've only had about 6 treatments so far with Dr. Glenn and already I'm so much better. I can easily bend over again without ANY pain, which has been unheard of for the past year. My workouts are back to normal and pain free (I love exercise, so to not be able to push myself in the gym was kind of soul-crushing). To think this has all happened within 2 weeks is amazing, when just before that I had almost lost all hope. Dr. Glenn has honestly changed my life and health and I'm so grateful to have found Back to Health! Also, the front desk staff is wonderful. I was a wee bit late and I asked if I could pay after my massage, like I have at most places, she said no. Can you imagine Way to feel untrustworthy. So I ask if I could have my full hour after I paid and they said no, and the massage therapist had no one after me Wow it was only 15 minutes. I realize that this is my issue for I was late but they were not cooperative in any way and the receptionist said it will cost you $25 if I decided to leave. Not paying it and I won’t be back!!!!!

I had persistent pain in my shoulder and arm that I was tired of living with, so on a family member’s recommendation, I went to see Dr Glenn Guilderson. Dr Glenn completed a Very thorough assessment and explained the situation with my neck in detail to myself and my husband (who had been invited to come along to hear the information as well). Dr Glenn recommended a treatment plan for me which would take several weeks. Not being familiar with chiropractic treatments, this initially took me back a little but proved to be exactly what I needed. I’m now in week six and happy to say I’m seeing a huge improvement. This is a team effort with Dr Glenn’s treatment (adjustments) and the recommended exercises that I do daily. The clinics staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The appointments are timely with a minimal wait, yet there is always time to answer any questions I may have. I’m pain free now, continuing to get better and staying that way for the long haul. What a positive experience this continues to be.

2 years ago Dr. Lauren fixed an old neck wound that I had been living (in pain) with for 20+ years...So this year when Frozen Shoulder took me down, she was the first one I called. At first, I was a sceptic. I never thought the treatment formally known as "chiropractic therapy" was something that would work for me. A short list of motor vehicle injuries and sporting accidents combined with neglect landed me a constant headache with irregular sleeping patterns. At my first appointment, I wasn't poked, prodded or "adjusted", as I have come to learn is the correct term in the field. Rather I was asked a series of questions relating to how I felt and how I would like to feel. I was asked about habits (good and bad) and if I was regularly active. Although the "exam" was more of a verbal conversation using visual and physical demonstrations, it put to ease some preconceptions about what was going to happen over the next several months vs what I thought was going to happen. I left my first appointment without an adjustment but eager to start feeling the benifits. I can honestly say that in the last several months I have not only had a significant decrease in headache frequency but also have gotten some of the best sleep I have had in my life. I only wish I had started sooner and reaped the benifit longer. From the customer service to the professionalism from Dr. Guilderson and his team, I cannot encourage you enough, the reader of this post and seeker of relief, go and have a conversation. It could make a difference.

Dr. Glenn is by far the BEST chiropractor in metro. I've been to 4 other chiropractors struggling with frozen shoulder and chronic neck pain. Dr. Glenn was the first practitioner who took his time and thoroughly assessed me and came up with a treatment plan. Just after one week of 3 treatments I can notice a decline in my pain for the first time in close to a year. I had a shoulder injury over 20 years ago and whiplash twice. Over the years I saw 3 different Chiropractors and scores of doctors and their treatment helped very little. When I met Dr Lauren Cormier at a show at exhibition park I decided to give it one more chance. Well 5 days later, after getting the ex rays Laurin sent me for, she showed me what the issue was concerning my neck. The top two vertebra did not have the same distance between them on either side. Dr Lauren Cormier told me she could fix that if I would let her. I am so glad I agreed to let her snap my neck. She told me if I came back 3 times a week she could have me feeling a lot better. Well I did not realize the effect that first appointment had until about 5 minutes after it was over. It was then I realized my arm could move freely and without any pain. After 20 some odd years of having chronic shoulder pain in my right shoulder, I would like to thank Dr Lauren Cormier for finally being able to do what many doctors could not...make my shoulder pain free. I would highly recommend anyone who has issues that require a chiropractor give her a try. I really am thankful that I ran into her at her booth at exhibition park that day!

I wanted to share a story that I told someone the other day. Over 20 years ago I started to develop back issues. I worked at a job that had a lot of lifting involved. I was in constant pain and was getting very depressed. I had tried every treatment that I could think of with no success. My last option was chiropractic( which I did not know anything about). From the initial consultation, I always felt comfortable with their approach. After seeing my x-ray, my GP told me, "Do what they tell you to do"!
