I first went to Karen to help me with a low back issue that I had...... Forever! She did the initial assessment and set forth a plan of action to help me get rid of the pain. It took several sessions to get my body back into ailment but I also waited far to long before going in. All in all the back pain is gone! Karen's technique is amazing and her knowledge beyond anyone I've ever know in the business! I now make sure to go in for a tune up, especially before and after I travel to keep my body in proper working order. If you have forgotten about the follow up/tune up, you should go! It keeps me feeling better.

Bottom line, Karen is amazing. I first went to her with a stiff lower back and chronic shooting neck pain. After my first appointment with her, I felt so tall and energetic! After about a month, the neck pain, which had been plaguing me since my teens, had 98% gone away. Chiropractors are incredibly underrated, and I'm very glad I made the decision to see Karen. I had very bad back pain, couldn't walk, couldn't sit, even laying down caused me a pain. My familily doctor diagnosed me with sciatica, recommended topical cream and pain killer pills. It gave me some relief, but soreness and pain came back. I decided to go to chiropractor, google it and saw Dr. Karen Hudes. She has been taken new patient, so I went. Doctor Karen did a great job, she knows where your pain coming from, and she works with your body, muscles, nerves. Dr. Karen has very pleasant and positive personality. After fighting tooth and nail for many years with back trouble I was finally Dragged by a close friend to see Karen. She was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, patient and has a terrific bedside manner. And when it comes to the therapy.. Wow it really worked!! Karen fixed three floating ribs that were dislocated from prior sporting competition in the span of a few months! She is always very accommodating with last minute appointments or cancellations, always following up with patient care/ progress and a terrific positive energy. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Always fantastic- best Chiropractor in Toronto! Helped me with my sciatica and crappy shoulder. My sciatica was so bad that I couldn't even walk in February. Have had muscular pain in the top right area of my back/shoulder for years. Eventually spread to my neck and caused me chronic discomfort, reduced mobility and pain. Tried regular deep tissue massage which just helped mask underlying issue. Tried physiotherapy as well, and I really committed. Got little relief, but I see the value in going and did find some use. However, I finally decided to try chiropractic treatment. Was referred to Dr. Hudes. It has been a slow process and a commitment of regular sessions - as the severity and time I had the underlying issue of first rib movement and significant scar tissue was many years - I can say the level of improvement is far beyond my expectations after years of pain. I now know I am on the road to recovery. Dr. Hudes knew immediately how she could help me, and her initial prognosis and recommended treatment has been completely accurate to my progress. She also provides wonderful service and flexible hours which has been perfect for my hectic schedule.

I originally went to see Dr. Karen because I had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a couple of months. As well, I had an accident and hurt my lower back. My family doctor prescribed Naproxyn but that didn't seem to be helping. It's been about 3 months now and my pain has much improved. Not only is Dr. Karen an excellent Chiropractor but she is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She even called me after my first appointment to see how I was feeling. Karen helped to give me back mobility in my left shoulder. I was in so much pain for six months and then I went to see her. I can honestly say Dr Karen Hudes changed my life. I had been suffering from pain all over my left shoulder/back area for the last two years. Started as a pain around the left shoulder blade, traveled to the front just below the rib cage within a year and then eventually went up to the top of the shoulders and side of the neck. I went to the doctors and went for massage therapies. Everything just kept the pain at bay without fully addressing the underlying cause. Once the pain started shooting down my left arm, causing a tingling sensation in my palm and fingers, I decided to use Dr. Google and found that chiropractic care could be helpful for my symptoms, something I was not aware of before. I found Dr Karen and she diagnosed the issue within the initial appointment. I have been going there for the last 3 months and I am amazed at the improvement and the increased mobility of my left arm. I am confident that eventually I will get back to where I was before my shoulder injury. Additionally, with Dr Karen, you get a chiropractor as well as an entertainer! She makes the sessions fun. I am really happy to have found her practice. TLDR: Dr Karen is great! Highly recommended.
