Life Changing: I will start by saying I tend toward the more hesitant and skeptical side of both acupuncture and chiropractic. When a severe allergic reaction to seasonal allergies had me desperate to try something different than the 10+ years of conventional medicine, I opened my mind to acupuncture. Working with Carter has been one of the most transformational experiences ever. Not only are my allergies gone, as in GONE, as in I feel like an entirely new person who never knew the struggle of allergic suffering; but my energy + vitality + emotional congruence have all been improved significantly! The entire process was extremely professional, educational, and empowering. Can not recommend enough! Then I began seeing Dr Bo for chiropractic which I was very nervous about. Bo could not have been more accommodating or respectful of my many requests, hesitations, and unique challenges. Not only is my posture and flexibility vastly improved, but I am again, taught how to manage health for myself. The whole staff is friendly and helpful always! Lonsdale wellness studio is doing something really progressive and amazing in health care. Thank you!!

A HAVEN OF HEALING. If you are in need of acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropracty - or other forms of treatment - the Wellness Studio is for YOU. A few months ago when walking, my 84-year-old body was hit by a reversing car and fractured 10 ribs and vertebrae. Despite my high level of fitness, it was felt that i would not recover - that is until I was treated by Gabrielle, Joy and Dr Bo. All are astonishingly talented and compassionate therapists. Not only these therapists but also the warm and enthusiastic receptionists, Michelle and Nikita, will welcome you with open arms. Bryan and Bo have helped me in an immeasurable way! Bryan fixed my shoulder issues, which I have been struggling with for about a year and a half. I had seen a number of physiotherapists, massage therapists and while they all helped in the short term, I finally have my full range of motion back which is something I never had with the others, or if it was back it was fleeting. Bo has also been great in helping relieving my lower back stress/tension. They are also fun guys to joke around with. Highly recommended!

I have also been using one of their massage therapists Annemarie Cote who gives the best massages I have had in a long time! On top of all of that, I see Dr. Gregson for chiropractic adjustments. I was lucky to have a treatment done by Gabrielle Fox (acupuncture) and I got pregnant soon after it! My intention for the treatment was general health and well-being. During the session and right after it I was feeling heavenly, so relaxed, feeling light and joyful. However, we talked with Gabi briefly that my husband and I wanted to have children, so I guess Gabi helped with something in my body, which I don't even know about, but It has been out of balanced before. I recommend Gabi because she is nice and easy to talk to, knowledgable, experienced. She is deep, professional at holistic health care. Thank you Gabi!

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Bo (Gregson) for 2 years now, and he's so good! We first started seeing him when my son (who was 6 at the time) had a sore neck and back from playing hockey. Great experience! The staff are really friendly. I had been in pretty severe pain for several days before coming in. I had tried everything I could think of at home before deciding to book an appointment. Dr. Bo explained to me why my pain was occurring, gave me an adjustment and provided me with ongoing exercises to prevent the issue from recurring. If I could rate Lonsdale wellness with 5 stars and a gold medal it wouldn’t be enough for the exceptional service I have received. I used their super easy online system to book an appointment with Dr Gregson due to neck and shoulder pain as it had gotten to a stage where I couldn’t bear to have my neck touched. Bo spent more time than a regular first visit appointment going through everything with me explaining the issues I had and working on a plan to get me pain free. I could tell from the very first visit Bo was passionate about good health, eager to share his vast wealth of knowledge and genuinely wanted to help people and not just see $$$. Dr Bo knew just the amount of pressure and movement to apply to help me without causing me any uncomfortable pain. In a shorter than expected timeframe I can now not only have pressure applied to my shoulders / neck but have increased range of motion and improved my posture. I would recommend Dr Bo and his team to everyone not only people in pain but those interested in their overall health and wellness. I really wish my regular practitioner showed as much interest in my health as Bo and his team do. Keep up the good work Lonsdale Wellness!
