Came to Niagara falls for a short stay to relax and unwind. Rachel was my RMT and I had a magical hot stone massage by her. It was the best hot stone Ive had, and I’ve been to a lot. Sometimes you’ll get luke warm stones and the massage therapist doesn’t properly massage troubled areas (for me my trouble areas are my whole body, I do a lot of intense workouts and yoga). Rachel had an amazing practice of starting from the bottom and finishing the massage up with my most stress- my neck and shoulders. Trying to find the words for this massage, it was just superb. I can tell why these ladies won the 2020 readers choice. Thank you!!!!!

This is the worst ever do not go there ! In a very ghetto area booked over the phone get told will be served by a female therapist then when I arrived there is a male front desk guy name Nick says he work there only a male massage can provide service. Then he ask you sign a request for 24 hour cancelation waiver where they can bill your insurance qnd charge you cancelation 50%. Such a scam if you would cancel your future appointment. I clearly say we'll I haven't usethe service so I would appreciate to sign this cancelation policy after I use the service if I decide to continue second session. I'm not comfortable to sign this cancelation now since I'm already here. The dude Nick super rude ???? not professional whoever hire him I feel bad for your business! He is not nice or welcome client. Totally bully and rude and he ask me to leave if I am not willing to sign the cancelation policy for future appointments. When I express his discrimination he says even more rude thing say well you can cell police ????. Omg so so so so so rude! I can't believe such person work for service industry. I highly doubt all the review before most likely is fake! now business all fail this is a termination clause employee that deserve to be unemployed when so many ppl has no job. He absolutely discriminate me Guys if you are normal don't even try go there that DUDE nick is super rude and bad I have never been so angry on someone like that . Pity for you dude! DO NOT GO THERE horrible horrible horrible service!!!!

The RMT was incredible and supplied me with stretches to do at home. The environment is very relaxing, great massage... I'm definitely a sold client! Update: I've recently started seeing Dr. Newton for chiropractic as well and I must say, I am beyond impressed. A great treatment followed by stretches to do at home has me feeling like new. Everyone that works here is friendly and professional, but not stuffy. Plus, just walking into the office, you'll start feeling relaxed with the scents, music and comfy chairs.

I went there with my wife on May 5th 2017 for a couples massage. From the receptionist to the RMTs (can't remember their names but will update when I find out) it was excellent! We came from Oshawa for a week end getaway and we will be returning every time we are in the area! Also the direct payment to your insurance company is awesome!

Got a couple's massage, booked last minute but was totally accomodated, massages were great, experience was great, were RMT's so could be claimed on work benefits (with direct billing), they even stayed open 30 mins late to fit us in! Very reasonable prices as well. Can't recommend enough. If we lived in the area we'd be regulars!

Cherie has healing hands, way way past massage, the matrix repatterning skill that she has (google it) not only takes away pain, it backs out injuries, new and old, that are in effect causing other issues in your body, its all connected. Not helpful , turned down a customer and had absolutely no Customer service skills like they didnt give a care... oh well, so i went somewhere else today and got a great message and now i feel better than ever i guess things happen for a reason im so glad i called CLOVER THERAPEUTIC WELLNESS CENTRE ! Covid experience its hard to breath with your face down with a face mask on laying down on your stomach breathing though a pillow case with no opening on the end of it so you could allow fresh air thought. Very bad experience very uncomfortable.

The place was quiet and serene. Clean. I had originally requested for Rachel for massage and cupping. However, she was not able to come in and subbed Samantha for me at a later time. Samantha was very professional. She helped me ease some of my tense shoulders and neck and also suggested some yoga exercises for stretching. Minimal communication which I love and only asked questions when needed.
