I couldn't get up off the floor one evening a few months ago while playing with my 1 year old niece. I arrived at Dr. Nazar's office skeptical, yet hopeful, he could offer some relief. I have been a migraine sufferer from the age of 10. I have tried many different moralities to ease the pain and discomfort, including other chiropractors. I began my treatments with him and within months a started to see a continual decrease in the frequency of migraines that I was having. I now use far less migraine pain meds that I once had. I have fewer and fewer down periods due to a headache and far more productive days with little to no pain at all. If you are suffering with back, neck, hip, knee, etc... I highly suggest seeing Dr. Nazar. It takes some time and commitment to his program, but with time you will likely see results. Dr. Nazar and his secretary have a great sense of humour and are uplifting. So stop suffering and call him - what do you have to loose? I know I'm glad I made that call.

Hello everyone! I became a patient of Dr. Nazar’s when I was diagnosed with two herniated discs in my mid/lower back. Before my diagnoses, I was going to a regular chiropractor who would crack me in a couple spots and send me on my way. While driving home I start to feel certain spots of my spine pop out of place again, almost immediately after my appointment –at this rate I would need to see him every day! I was in a lot of pain and nothing was working. My family referred me to Dr. Nazar, briefly filling me in on some of the differences between ABC Chiropractic and regular chiropractic. After doing some research, I booked an appointment. Since I have been a patient of Dr. Nazar’s, my issues and pain have diminished significantly!! I am a 26-year-old full-time student who also works and I cannot afford to be down and in pain with my crazy life. This method of chiropractic is definitely worth a try; I am very happy to have such an excellent method of medical care so close to home. Dr. Nazar and his assistant, Arlene are both fantastic people. They are always smiling and in a great mood, very personable, professional, and they know their clients very well. I could go on about how much his office has helped me and how great everyone is but you should just check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it!

I can't say enough about Dr. Nazar and how much he has improved my health. Not only am I dealing with many back and neck issues but MS as well. My overall physical and mental health has benefitted substantially over the past few years since seeing him. He really opened my eyes on how the body actually works and how everything is connected and compensated for all the years of abuse I have put my body through. Just like your car, your body needs a tune-up throughout the months to keep everything working the way it's supposed to!! Dr. Nazar and Arlene (his wonderful assistant) always have a smile on their faces with much laughter, stories and jokes to tell (I myself have been known to tell a joke or two, lol) but with that said, the constant positive energy and professionalism in this office is ALWAYS there.

I am 64 years old and I have been in constant pain for most of my adult life. My pain problems have been in my neck, back, two frozen shoulders at the same time and a hip injury from a very bad fall 15 years ago. In other words...Life! I am so grateful to say that is not the case anymore. I never thought I would be writing that....ever! In my lifetime, I have been to at least 9 Chiropractors, an Acupuncturist, massage therapists, had cortisone shots and several medical doctors who just wanted to give me pharmaceutical drugs. No one could give me anything but temporary relief from the pain. In Florida this winter, I hit rock bottom with the body pain when my hip began to burn and throb. It felt like if I turned the wrong way I would fall over. When I got back to Welland in May, a good friend told me she was finally pain free thanks to her new doctor. She looked wonderful and said she felt great. She gave me her doctor's number and I called right away. Arlene, Dr. Nazar's secretary gave me an appointment promptly. He was warm, caring and attentive to my history. He ordered xrays, before he began treatments. We met again and he explained my xrays and injuries he saw. He began helping me with his treatments. I have been going for about 7 weeks and I am shocked at how my pain has decreased. My back muscles are free from frequent spasming and the sharp pains have gone. I am definitely on my way to a new life of enjoying the activiites I love. Dr. Nazar is very compassionate, skilled and is in a class all his own. I am so grateful to be in his one of his patients. If you are in pain, make an appointment and feel better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nazar for years . Previously I saw many chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists who either did not help at all or only helped for a very short period of time. Dr. Nazar is the ONLY one who " fixes" me. There is no doubt in my mind- if it weren't for him treating me there is no way I would be able to work. Most days I am pain free now and if something is off I know Arlene will get me an apt. and I'll be feeling better in no time. If you have been to other chiropractors you may think his method is strange at first but you have nothing to fear! It is a joy to visit the pleasant office. Even when you are in pain and don't think you feel like laughing you will be by the time you are leaving!

Dr. Bazar is a wizard he uses magic he learned at hog warts to heal people. Ha just kidding but seriously he’s so good you’d think it’s magic and Arlene is an absolute gem. I recommend him to anyone who is in pain not just back pain he fixed my shoulder and puts me back together monthly or when I’m broken if I need sooner. My name is Elaine. I am a senior who has been treated by Dr. Michael Nazar at his chiropractic office for the past several months. My main issues were chronic neck and back pain. I have had hundreds of chiropractic adjustments in my lifetime, however, since being treated with Dr. Nazar's Advanced Bio-Structural Correction treatments, I, a 73 year old woman, am enjoying life more fully once again. This new lease on life has put me on the ski slopes. I wasn't an avid skier in my younger years but have enjoyed the slopes this winter and I feel assured of a fuller life ahead.
