I have been coming to cornerstone therapy for about two months now and dr. Newton has helped me tremendously with the trauma I received in my back and neck. I had limited mobility in my back and neck but thanks too dr newton I am healing now and haven’t had any pain in my back for so long or else I would have severe aching pain! Also dr Newton is very kind and easy too talk too and also the receptionist is very kind providing great customer service! Their clinic is so amazing I am now bringing my mom to dr Newton! I have suffered from chronic shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. I have been in to see both chiropractors (Dr. Tom & Dr. Newton) as well as the physiotherapist, Vanessa. All three practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! There is a real focus here on truly getting me back in tip-top shape. The chiropractors and physiotherapist work together to give me a really great treatment plan! I have also attended a few of the Joga classes that they have on Tuesday nights and it's a really great time! I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been working with Sam now for the past few months. I had back surgery due to a hockey injury. She is extremely intelligent, professional and an excellent Therapist. She identifies the root cause of any issue, tightness etc and knows exactly what to do to treat and prevent the issue from reoccurring. I'm noticing a huge difference already after just a few months. Having seen many athletic therapists in the past, i would highly recommend Sam!

Wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave! The office administrator is always warm and welcoming with a happy hello. I’ve seen Newton the chiropractor and Sam the RMT - both were knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate to my individual situation. I was feeling sharp pains and tightness during most activities from my shoulder blade into my neck; Dr. Tom was able to quickly and efficiently resolve this issue for me with acupuncture and adjustments. After a year and a half of dizziness daily and not feeling like myself, and trying everything for answers, a friend mentioned Vanessa.. Well, all I can say, is my life has become normal again.. It took a bit of time ,but not too long.. If your suffering with dizziness and crazy things happening to you.. Go see Vanessa!!

I have been going to see Samantha Dillman at Cornerstone for well over a year now. It started when I felt an overall stiffness in my joints after joining the GoodLife gym. A trainer sent me to Sam to try fascial stretch therapy which has been incredible at relieving and handling my joint stiffness. I've also had a knee and back injury during this time and Sam knows just how to treat me so that I leave feeling so much better.
