I have been a patient of the Advanced Chiropractic Clinic for 17 years. I had been suffering from migraines since high school, and the only treatment offered by my family doctor was to try some new prescription medications...most of which had very severe side effects which included organ damage. I decided to try chiropractic care and I am very glad that I did. The migraines have ceased, and I feel excellent after a monthly adjustment. It's amazing how just normal every-day life activities (long periods of computer-work, what side of your pant-pockets you carry your wallet on, what kind of shoes you wear, carrying a little extra weight) have such an influence on your spinal health...and how small lifestyle adjustments (recommended by my chiropractor) have helped. Occasionally, I require a non-scheduled appointment (ex. after slipping on ice, or if I wake up with a very stiff and sore neck); all I have to do is call the office and they get me an appointment right away. I have been adjusted by both Dr. Watson and Dr. "Sal" (Noaman); they demonstrate active listening and empathy when you are experiencing discomfort, and share various care tips and stretching or exercise ideas to offer relief. Over the past 17 years of chiropractic care, my posture has improved to "just about perfect" and I feel strong and healthy.

i started going to Advanced Chiropractic Clinic because i was having major issues with digestive/gastro, hiatus hernia, weakness in half of my upper body and other complications which were causing me a lot of distress/discomfort. I wasn't sure what to do anymore or who to seek for help. I finally reached out to Advanced Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Sal was immediately willing to help me. He actually said he would leave no stone unturned which gave me comfort. Upon my first visit i felt very welcomed by the staff and Dr. Sal. He was very thorough and explained everything to me so that i could understand exactly what was happening and what treatment to expect. I had never actually been shown or explained to that detail any of my medical charts or X-rays so it was very interesting to learn. We weren't just going to work on the initial issues i had but we found other areas of concern that needed to be corrected as well. I put my full trust in Dr Sal. He takes the time to ask you about your general well being, he listens when you have questions and concerns, he takes the time to know his clients and what they need, he is respectful, so easy to talk to (and joke around with if that is your thing) and he is very knowledgeable in his field and confident to the fullest in what he does. You should know that with Dr. Sal you will receive the best care possible for your condition and he always makes me feel comfortable which is also a very important factor between patient and Doctor . The ladies in the front reception are always kind and friendly, it's always nice to be greeted with a smile and a hello! The atmosphere is clean and organized as well. I am still in the process of my adjustments and corrections but so far i must say i see definite improvements! i am sitting up/standing straighter, i am more aware of my posture and what i should and shouldn't be doing. The weakness in my left arm/neck has subsided substantially, and it feels like i have much less pressure/discomfort in my abdominal area. i will continue to go to all of my appointments and keep up with the at-home exercises to obtain the best results possible. When I first started going, I was asked if someone had snapped my neck because of how it looked in the X-rays. I went in with a list of issues, migraines, stiff neck, lower back as well as sciatica problems. I can honestly say that my sciatica problems are no longer an issue, my migraines have improved from when I first started to attend. My neck & back issues have also improved. I continue to attend once a month for an adjustment to improve my back & neck issues which were caused from a car accident. There are few better feelings than walking out of Advanced Chiropractic Clinic after an adjustment. I injured myself shovelling snow this past winter and Dr Sal helped me enormously. I really appreciated that the clinic has their own x-ray machine so I didn't need to go elsewhere for that, and the doctors and staff performed very thorough examinations before my first adjustment and determined what treatment plan I needed. Everyone I've talked to needs either a shoe lift or weights headband or both.. along with several visits to fix their problem (including myself) . It seems they have a "program " they like to put every one on. Adjustments are done in the waiting room in an office cubicle. The care is not geared to the individual patients needs. And they try to sell you on a prepaid treatment plan... No thank you

Went because my mom gifted me a gift of life. This included xrays and the diagnostic assessment. I had bad forward head posture and limited ability to turn my head or bend. I still have bad days but they make them better and I can walk without tears ???? in my ???? eye's I could never thank them enough for all they have done for me. I'm able to live an above normal life and all the thanks goes to them for making it possible. Waking up Sunday morning and not being able to move and with in 1 hour they accommodated me and my pain was releaved and I continued on with my daily routine, they are totally amazing

When I started here I was having frequent migraines and my GP wanted me to have surgery for carpal tunnel. I have no idea how this place has such high ratings, it is super gimmicky, a lot of pitches and scare tactics. They will want you to go 3+ times per week and purchase a variety of products through them. The owner makes you watch a video of himself talking in a room by yourself and then he comes in to further deliver the pitch, it’s just all very strange and pressured. I have a couple family members and colleagues who went and also had this experience. I went twice and never even had my back adjusted, and they seemed annoyed when I said I couldn’t fit 3+ visits per week into my schedule. Needless to say I never went back, and I switched to McFadden where I’ve had a much better experience.

If you are a young teenager who wants to enhance their athletic ability, or reinstate it, visit this facility and talk to their professionals! its a free consultation! The secretaries are all nice, and with my experience with Dr. Sal, they really know what they are doing! I am a 16 year old, who has always suffered from chronic tightness and stress in my hip and lower back, and low mobility in my neck and shoulders. I would always strain all my muscles, bones, and tendons, trying to do a workout and stretch in horrible positions. I decided to visit Dr. Sal and after one conversation, and one adjustment, I feel like I've never felt before! I can stretch without pain, and lift heavier weights without stressing my bones! He put me on a schedule to make sure I keep-up with the corrections, and will sometimes call to see how you feel after an adjustment! If you have been questioning your back or neck pain and wondering if you need to see a chiropractor but keep putting it off, or you have seen a chiropractor before and now feel skeptical about going again, don't put it off any longer. Both scenarios relate to my situation! You must see Dr. Wimmer and his team of compassionate professionals for a very thorough exam that is explained to you in depth so that you are able to understand and is also very personalized according to your condition. After seeing other chiropractors before, I was skeptical because I didn't know why I was in so much pain the last 15 years of my life, xrays were either not taken and the ones that were taken were never shown or explained to me... I knew nothing. After seeing Dr. Wimmer, my xrays were shown to me and explained in extensive detail. I learned that I have had scoliosis this whole time and that most likely I was born with it! Moving forward, I've chosen to do corrective therapy plus the adjustments- both feel amazing and have already made such an improvement on my pain and posture, but most importantly my life! I would also like to add that the office is a very clean, organized structure with friendly and flexible service that provides privacy at a very fair price. Fantastic experience from start to finish! I was put in touch with Advanced Chiropractors through a friend’s recommendation, I’d be suffering excruciating pain to my lower back that was preventing me from sleeping and exercising regularly just over a year ago. Dr Wimmer carefully and professionally walked me through my issues after a thorough exam, which included an x-ray within their clinic (The reason I mention this, is because of been to other Chiropractors and very often you will have to go to an X-ray clinic which can take up to a week for your Doctor to get back your results). He then laid out a clear and concise treatment plan on the very next day and illustrated the reasoning for everything he suggested. He fielded every question I had without any hesitance and told me how it is, which I appreciated. The most important thing when going to any kind medical professional is the results, which I’m more than pleased to say was what I got. Dr Wimmer asked to see me for the first 2 weeks for 3 days in a row so he could keep a more accurate reading on how I was feeling and to reduce my pain as quickly as possible. After my pain was reduced he then carried out corrections once per week and long with my “homework” which included exercises and other forms of treatment, I was able to get a handle on my pain and correct issues to my vertebrae. I highly recommend using Dr Wimmer and his practice, if you’re willing to put the time into yourself, they can do wonders for your pain.

I have had a great experience attending the Advanced Chiropractic Clinic. I initially went in because I had bulging discs in my lower back and other forms of help I tried were not working, including physio therapy. I injured my neck and shoulder several years ago, had all kinds of theraphy but it continued to give much pain. My sister was going to Advance Chiropractic clinic, and highly recommended it. I was never interested in Chiropractic as they twist and crack etc. you. This place does not do this that is why it is called "Advanced" they use this little tool called an "activator" which gently hits the area needing adjusting. I have a new respect for Chiropractors, and highly recommend this place. Dr. Pantano is a very good chiropractor. Before, I couldn't turn my neck to see my blind spot. Now it is 80% improved. I used to have terrible sciatica after lifting something heavy that would put me out of commission for days. Now after 30 minutes I feel normal again. This is not your traditional chiropractor. I have tried the acupuncture and ultrasound before. This chiropractic actual corrects your spinal issues. I recommend this to anyone in a job with repetitive movements or someone who does computer/microscope work.

Dr James Wimmer is Incredible! Im going to start with I've been a wreck for 7 years. I've had mobility issues like ghost walking due to the lean of my spine my foot would think it touched ground but still had and inch to go,sleep apnea, irritability, extremely tired and the list goes on. Throughout those 7 years I have developed many issues trying to compensate for pinched nerves and muscle spasms which would create other issues.. one man fixed it all! No drugs, no surgery, no down time! I was derostered from my doctor in fort erie because I wouldn't allow him to cut my back open and pin and fuse plates. And refused pain meds. Told him i wanted some physiotherapy.. derostered! Met with Dr Wimmer and a totally different outcome which has changed my quality of life for the best! Fact are Facts !!!! I have been a PSW for over 25yr Worked palliative/chronic care ward for many yrs -- If you are a PSW you know what this does to our backs :( I would say at least 15 yr ago I hurt my back (sciatica) and was on WSIB for a long long time -- oh the joy of dealing with them :( I have tried everything including other Chiropractor's and have never felt relief( I even bought my own inversion table ) I left that part of the field due to my back always in pain I just learned to live in pain ( depression ) life changes when you have that much pain -- daily I took some kind of pain pill Well In May 2021 a co-worker hurt her back and I was devastated for her knowing what I went through and still was going through After a week of her seeing DR SAL she was doing great :) So I took the chance As of May 11 2021 -- I have not had to take ANY pain pills -- I no longer want to sleep 24-7 and I have energy to live my life-- simple things like walking I have now referred my senior parents and they as well feel great relief -- if you do not live in Niagara Falls he is worth the drive :) If I had to judge him just alone on bedside manners he would get 100% But he skills are definitely 100% Thanks DR Sal for changing my life :) Dar

I was always scared of going to a chiropractor. I thought they would crack you. My doctor said I could not see a chiropractor that would crack me. My sister in law discovered Dr Wimmer at Advanced Chiropractic clinic. He is a wonderful doctor. I walked into his office with a cane and with a hunched back. I would highly recommend Dr Pantano and his team to anyone needing to improve their quality of life because of back, neck or spine issues. Dr. Pantano was patient, through and very informative about the workings of the spine. I came to Dr. Pantano because my backs curvature was starting to affect my health and my quality of life. I truly did not know if there was any hope but I was willing to try anything. I found out during the assessment that my spine had a 40 degree curve, which would explain why I was experiencing constant back pain and breathing issues. I just had my first annual check up and I am extremely happy to say that my back has straightened up by 9 degrees, it went from a 40 degree curve to a 31 degree curve. Mind you that didn't happen without work on my part and ensuring that I kept all my appointments but it was well worth it!!!!! I'm hoping that on my second annual review that my back straightens out by another 6 degrees. I believe that Dr. Pantano can help me achieve this goal. All of the team at Advanced Chiropractic Clinic are amazing at what they do and they honestly care about the well being of their patients. God bless the work that they do!!!
