Dr. Rutz treats both people and dogs. My chihuahua had been acting oddly, shaking and crying out and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. It started suddenly and we suspected he may have had a fall. After one treatment he was able to turn his head normally and move much more freely. There was no more shaking or crying and it has not happened since. She is so gentle and patient, winning the confidence of the dog before proceeding. She has so much respect for the animal and the owner. I was thrilled with what she has done for my dog and recommend her highly.
