I was very nervous to go in to be honest, I was having a lot of pain due to a pinched nerve and was terrified at the idea of it getting worse. HOWEVER, it was the best experience I could have asked for. They talked me through everything, explained what I should be feeling and created a treatment plan that has be back to 100% can't thank the team enough. if you haven't been, you need to go.
