My posture had been terrible for years , I had tried different types of physical therapy, nothing seemed to work . After learning and understanding the underlying issues, from a highly educated practitioner such as Gabrielle Link, it came clear to me very quickly how important it is to incorporate Network Spinal care into your life. It has been so beneficial and changed my life in such a positive and powerful way. The work Dr. Link does is truly incredible and Extremely effective. My life as well as many others lives have drastically changed for the better because of the work she does . My spine, happiness, mental health and overall awareness , every aspect of life . You really do become enlightened ! You leave every time feeling truly astonished . It is the highlight of my week walking through the door and being in such a warm , environment with the most caring, intelligent people welcoming you with open arms . Gabrielle and Louisa have gone above and beyond on countless occasions . Hopefully you are lucky enough to experience a “clear day” on top of your continuing care or Bowen therapy. EVERYONE from different walks of life should go and experience the truly astonishing work she does. Highly recommended. Words can’t express how grateful I am, for the work you do.

The treatment itself was good. Just a heads up - they will pressure you to do 14 sessions over the course of 4-5 weeks. For people that are sensitive to bodywork or in a lower income bracket, this pressure can feel pretty bad. I spoke to several people after my experience and heard them say they did not feel comfortable returning because of the sales pitch. Just wanted to share that feedback with the staff and potential clients. I would probably go back at my own pace but found their suggestion of many sessions over a short period to not suit my needs. My suggestion would be to tone down the pressure, and consider that everyone has diverse needs/capacities.

I lived with lower back pain for 15 years. I have had lots of bodywork done over the years but only ever gained temporary relief. Before I received chiropractic care at ES, I had seen so many other practitioners (osteopath, acupuncturist, massage therapists, other chiropractors) to address my chronic neck pain - with no success. After NSA with Dr. Gabriele Link, my pain was fully resolved for the first time in years.
