20 yrs as an RCA and my ol back is worn out. I was on 4 medications the last yr from Tramadol to 6 tylenol a day.....I am 3 weeks off any pills ! Dr Alex Betts fixed 80 plus % of my pain in less then a monrh ,I would bow to the man my quality of living has returned ,Thank You & yes highly recommend ????

Everyone in this office is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I can honestly say they have helped me so very much. Physically, emotionally and mentally. They make you feel as though you are part of their family. I can NOT imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been a patient at Southcare Chiropratic for over 9 years. My other half is a patient, both my boys, my mother, my father, my sister, my mother in law. Dr. Helmkay is incredible. After seeing 2 GP's, a physio, the dentist, and being referred to an ear, nose, throat specialist, I was experiencing no relief from a sometimes painful and always persistent jaw and ear affliction. I thought my options were exhausted until I finally came to SouthCare. Dr. Helmkay listened to my symptoms and immediately got to work on me. Within weeks I was feeling way better than any medications I was given could provide. Now, after going for a year, I'm convinced I could not have seen these results without the treatment he has given me. He's a great guy with a wealth of knowledge who is determined to get you better. Sarah is a spectacular RMT as well. She is extremely knowledgeable in her approach to tackle the issues causing my discomfort and pain and I always feel rejuvenated after a session. So glad to have had the pleasure of going to SouthCare.

Dr.Pepperdine is amazing!! He actually cares about his patients and is honest and kind. I have been treated by Dr. Pepperdine on and off since 2011, even after moving to the mainland. I would much rather make the trip to the island to see him over attempting to find someone on the mainland. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. I wouldn't see anyone else for my chiropractic needs.

I have had a bad back for 50 years. Dr Dave Helmkay has worked miracles on my back. I have no disks so adjusting is a real challenge but Dr Dave has been able to give me relief, untwist my twisted pelvis and keep me walking. I have had 2 total knee replacements and will soon get 2 hip replacements. It is important to me to keep my back in good health so that I can continue to be mobile with walking and hiking
