Arrivée a mon rdv pris depuis plusieurs semaines, on me dit que CINQ autres personnes ont un rdv en même temps que moi, et que je dois attendre que tous ces gens passent pour que ce soit mon tour. On parle alors ici d'environ 2-3 heures d'attente. Êtes-vous sérieux??? En plus des gens déjà dans les salles de consultation... C'est prendre les gens comme du bétail. Je n'avais pas l'impression qu'on allait prendre le temps de m'écouter, mais là pas du tout! Je suis partie, extrêmement fâchée et déçue. Ne perdez pas votre temps, j'ai perdu le miens!

Dr Paul Rafie is the first Dr. who has helped me in 10 years of chronic pain, but most importantly he believed me. I spent years trying to find out why I am in so much pain in my back and hips. I have fallen many times and use a cane because I can not walk unassisted. I was planning my future using a wheelchair because the pain and mobility issues were getting so bad. I consulted with many doctors who dismissed my pain or offered no solutions. I was referred to Dr. Rafie by a friend, and my life changed! Dr Rafie is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. This man is literally a miracle worker and truly cares for his patients. I am 72 years old and have had back problems since I had polio at age five. I was going to Dr Rafie quite regularly and he was treating me VERY WELL. One day he suggested that I try ice packs and he lost a patient - not for bad treatment but for giving me a miracle. Ever since I met Dr. Rafie 15 years ago, I've never searched for another chiropracticien. He is THE BEST!!! Very carring, knowledgeable and thoughtfull person. It fixed me twice with a nasty lower back pain due to a herniated disc so I avoided a much hated surgery and get back to jogging and weight training. I'm with Dr Paul for over a year now, and he totally changed my life! I started to have back pains when I was a teenager, with time it was worse and worse - neck pain, head aches, eyes pain... (4-5 days on 7). There was no one who could really help me. I came to Dr Paul when it was very bad. I had a few months old baby that time and I was breastfeeding, I wasn't able to turn my neck at all, I had so much pain. At the beginning I had appointments twice a week, after 2 months once a week, after another 2 months once every two weeks, and now after a year I go there only once a month and I feel like a new person! Yes, I'm still having some pains, but not more often than once or twice a month (one day only). I couldn't be more grateful! I would like to mentioned that Dr Paul is super professional and super nice. His receptionist - more than amazing! Highly recommended!

Doctor Paul Rafie is a great doctor. I used to leave close to him and he treated me for a back pain 12 years ago, in the meantime I moved to Laval.
