If you want a lesson in sales tactics go to this guys. Bought a Groupon package, the first session was a whirlwind of fast fancy talking by the "doctor" and it felt like the appetizer for the big treatment buffet he's gonna try to sell me at our next meeting. There's not gonna be a next meeting of 2 hours of my time, one of which would have been a group lecture (sales brainwashing) and the other, 1 on 1 to discuss a treatment plan/package. How about you do the treatment sessions clients paid for, first, and take it from there ? Don't try to lock the client into long term financial commitment before you even take a crack at their spine. And another thing: calling into question the competence of a trauma specialist to correctly interpret X-rays, believing you do better, not cool. Smells like arrogance with a whiff of desperation to get business. Good luck reeling in suckers. As for future clients, spend your money on psysioherapy, people, and consult with real doctors if you want to get better and not be $$$$ of dollars in the hole. Shoutout to Groupon for refunding my money. Thanks guys.

Please read through this before going to Streetsville Chiropractic if you have never been to anyone else. This is a family full of scammers that use hype, propaganda and fear tactics to make you believe their lies. Charged me over $4,000 for nothing even after finishing the 1 year program they put you on. Doesn't matter what your problem is, their solution is the same - 52 weeks of 1 minute spinal adjustment at a cost of $40~ per session, for nothing more than a temporary solution. A real chiropractor takes 5 - 12 sessions depending on your problem, 45 mins to 1 hour per session. Costing you a total of less than $1,000 - and gets the job done. My problem was so simple that a physiotherapist was able to help fix me in 4 sessions, costing me a grand total of

After a car accident years ago, I was in rough shape and was blatantly told by doctors that I’ll have to grow accustomed to my pain over time without surgery. I developed a disabling pain in my lower back causing extreme pain down my leg at times immobilizing me as well as my neck over my right back side caused pain to travel down my right arm, under arm and across my chest right side. This was a pain in my neck that just never went away nor did the lower back. After seeing well over a handful of chiropractors about it over years I decided to try just about anything to get rid of my “pain in the neck” and “lower back” and even let my girlfriend at the time go, but that only slightly worked. ;) I moved to Streetsville, Mississauga for work when the pain in my neck now impeded in my head turning mobility, which struck the fear of god in me since I can’t look back when driving leading me to the conclusion of “this is getting worse and I need to remedy this NOW”. I went into the closest chiropractor office for instant relief, as I usually would do and for the first time ever was told “I’m sorry, but without seeing your x-ray from today, I can’t do anything for you right now... but I’ll review your x-ray which we just took today and I’ll call you tonight to brief you on it while tomorrow we can start the process of your treatment”... I was shocked to see a chiropractor not willing to adjust me on the spot and was for the first time ever relieved knowing someone is putting effort in my situation without the “quick fix” approach. Dr. Casey Sinclair became my savior and here’s how it happened. I invested in my health for the first time and rather than a “quick fix” as most of us crave for, but find that the pains all return and sometimes in greater force. It was a yearlong plan and one that I believed in being subluxation and a change of habits. A healthier living and a correction over gradual time, making for a happier life was the course laid out for me. I’m truly wishing I tried this years ago and saved myself the suffering I went through daily for way too many years! After my year was completed and I seen what I wrote down on day one, which were my pains and location of them as well as how much they hurt me... I see that all of it was relieved and corrected. Today I’m turning my head like an owl, have not felt a shred of pain in my lower back since and that constant pain in my neck causing my right side to be sensitive is all gone. I go once a month to sustain my health and treatments which I invested in happily and share with anyone I meet that if they feel pain anywhere like I did, to have the open mind and dedication to make a better life for themselves before even thinking of surgery as I almost came to do. The best decision I've made in my life to date and stand by it 110%. Finally, I will openly admit that I was “Johnny Raincloud” when it came to getting a cold or sick over the winter months. My treatment took my last few years of “sick time” and reduced it down to nothing!! I’m healthier and could never be happier. Also to add, Dr. Casey treats his patients like individuals and greets them warmly each and every time making for the experience something to look forward to rather than like a Doctor’s visit where you feel like a lab rat in a sterile environment where you’re welcomed with that cold and crass treatment we’re all so use to. If you want to ask me in person about my treatments and what my experiences were, I’d be more than happy to share so to encourage anyone to be as free of pain as I finally am.

My experience at Streetsville Chiropractic has been life changing. I was faced with upper back pain for years and I am only 22 years old. I would get massages for hours and nothing would stop the pain. I have tried pain medication but it would only take away the pain temporarily. The doctors sat down with me and taught me how to read X-rays before they took my X-rays to ensure that I completely understand my condition. After assessing me, Dr. Morgan explained the process of the corrective care plan that I would be on and how it will help reverse my condition. I was introduced to cervical traction and wobble cushions to help warm up my spine and hold my adjustment longer along with stretches that Dr. Morgan taught me to do at home. After almost a year of being under care, I can confidently say that I feel healthy and my posture has greatly improved. I have less headaches and I sleep better at night. This office genuinely cares for helping people and promoting health to as many people as possible. After years of soccer and injuries I accepted that I was always going to walk with a limp and that sleep was impossible unless I relied on my supplements (Curcumin, MSM, Glucosamine) and my Arnica sport rub. My experience: I was kindly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. By the second visit, I was greeted by first name which is impressive considering how many patients they have. Dr. Morgan is easy to speak to and is very professional. She always takes the time to answer my questions. Also, she provided additional stretches to complete at home and I can honestly say that I have seen MASSIVE improvements since visiting her. I struggled with tension headaches for several years and I'm finally getting relief. It has changed my life! I was invited to attend an information session which I found to be educational. Dr.Casey and his sister Dr.Megan run this facility with great passion for chiropractic treatment. Since it was my first time getting chiro treament he educated me alot about it. Also because of the information session with Dr.Megan, I could guage my progress as the treatment progressed. Joan Newington For two years I had been going to a Pain Clinic that offered Chiropractic Care, Registered Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy. My pain levels were off the charts due to four major surgeries in 5 years so we were dealing with multiple issues. I gained progress in one area, and another surfaced. My activities were limited and walking was extremely painful. July of 2020 I was back in surgery and had to stop the treatment that I was involved with. While recovering, I noticed an ad on Face Book offering a free consult, X-ray and a treatment free of charge. I booked an appointment with Dr. Casey Sinclair at the Streetsville Chiropractic Clinic figuring I had nothing to loose and it was free. Dr. Casey did what the ad said and asked if I would come back that afternoon for the results and I did. I was shocked when I saw my spine and neck X-ray, no wonder my pain was unbearable. He suggested a plan of treatment and took into consideration that I am a senior on pensions with no benefits and that he felt confident that he could help me through this plan. The plan was two visits a week for four weeks, than 2 visits each week biweekly, than one visit biweekly, than one visit monthly for maintenance. Our goal was to have me out of pain by Christmas, my treatments started in September 2020. Within a few treatments I noticed that progress was being made unfortunately I developed pneumonia in mid fall throwing our schedule right off. During my treatments, Dr. Casey asked if I would be interested in massage therapy as he felt it might help with muscles that were very tight. He suggested Blossom Spa in Streetsville. Simply amazing, between these two types of treatment my progress is steady, feel my body is responding and my pain is now localized in two areas not all over the body. I am not out of pain yet but I can see some light and confidence in Dr. Casey’s treatments. My previous treatments elsewhere brought me to a point but wasn’t able to push beyond my issues. One of the most interesting comments from Dr. Casey was “did you ever mention the pain in your ankle to anyone?” I replied, to anyone and everyone that worked on my body. The pain in the ankle was due to my misaligned neck and other foot issues, a red flag that was screaming! Dr. Casey listens, educates you while helping you gain the results that are right for the individual. My treatments continue with new hope now and grateful for the progress my team at Streetsville Chiropractic and my efforts are making in my life. The staff at this clinic is amazing, the medical staff practice what they preach, the office staff are friendly and call you by name. The atmosphere is definitely family orientated. I highly recommend the Sinclair Family of Chiropractors to anyone that is serious about living well. You will not be disappointed!

Stay away! This was THE WORST "chiropractic" experience I've ever had. High pressure to have one of their x-rays. I didn't want to have an x-ray because I didn't want to expose my body to further unnecessary radiation. Plus, if I were to get an x-ray, it would be something recommended by my family doctor, not a chiropractor who is getting paid by me to do this. I believe because I refused the x-ray, the chiropractor felt the need to "school" me, and violently adjusted my neck causing immediate pain (new and sharp pain, unlike anything I had felt before). With 3 cracks of my neck and spine, I was sent on my way within 5 minutes of "treatment", and told to come back 2x/week for the next several weeks. This neck adjustment ended up becoming enflamed and sore, so much so that I couldn't turn my head for several weeks. Subsequent visits had you 'warm up' by wobbling on a stool, you then get called to a table and told to lie face down and wait for the practitioner. There is a complete lack of face-to-face conversation or Q&A of any kind. Any expressed concern felt like false pretense, knowing full well that she purposely caused pain on the first visit. Within 5 minutes I was out on the street. The entire "session" lasted no more than 10 minutes (and that included putting $ in the parking meter, walking a block to the front door, and the chair wobbling). I stopped going after 2-3 weeks after comparing notes with a friend who also receives chiropractic care, and wish I had trusted my instincts after that first appointment in the basement. I must mention that this isn't my first experience with chiropractic, I have had many adjustments with different chiropractors over 20+ years with no issues regarding treatments or professionalism. I wanted to seek someone new and local because my previous practitioner moved her practice to Burlington. This place is nothing more than a money factory under the guise of healthcare. Unfortunately, so many people don't realise there is much better care elsewhere.

My 87 year old mum woke up recently and could hardly get out of bed. She has osteoporosis, and previously bones were broken in her back and she has had two hip replacements. Our family doctor recommended Tylenol. Next the morphine prescribed in the emergency did not stop the pain. I brought my mum to Dr. Morgan Sinclair. She was very gentle with my mum and Dr. Morgan’s distracting, fun loving personality made the process much easier for my mum to accept. The adjustment table was horizontal and it slowly lowered my mum face down ready for her treatment. This was wonderful as my mum was in too much pain to bend down to lay on the adjustment table. My mum felt better after the 1st treatment. After the second treatment she said she wasn’t screaming in pain getting in and out of bed. After the 3rd adjustment my mum said she felt 100% better. Dr. Morgan is my chiropractor and previously her father Dr. Vince Sinclair was. I have gone to Dr. Morgan with a pounding sinus headache and after one adjustment I left with no headache. Numerous times Dr. Vince fixed my back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and Dr. Vince, for all ages from babies to seniors as my experience with them has been beyond positive. Two years ago, I was training for a Muay Thai fight when I suddenly went down to the ground with excruciating pain in my knee. It was swollen and hurt to walk. Dr. Casey had been working out at my gym and saw me in pain. He immediately connected with me and invited me to his clinic, promising to bring me relief. The treatment rooms lack privacy, and the male doctor is an arrogant, obnoxious oaf. They will randomly skip over patients, so if you believe in a first come, first served principle, don’t go there. Great overall treatment! I was suffering from constant calf strains while running, as well as lower back/hip pain. After coming across some literature on the benefits of Chiro to help my calf strain, and a recommendation from a friend, I booked an initial consultation. The consultation consists of several measurements and an X-Ray. Despite what ignorant people might say, I believe 100% an X-Ray is necessary to know what is off with your spine and how to readjust it. I was recommended a 3 month plan (which was fully covered by insurance) and was treated by Dr. Casey. Dr. Casey is personable, friendly and effective with his treatments. I felt improvements throughout, and the subsequent X-Ray after the completion of the plan confirmed it. My neck now has the proper curvature and my back has improved closer to normal. I haven’t suffered a calf injury since I started my treatments and my lower back/hip pain is reduced (you also have to stretch and strengthen it on your own time). I was skeptical about chiropractors before, but now believe it’s a necessary aid to longevity and a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend Streetsville Chiropractic. Also, their front desk staff are very friendly and helpful!

This place is the epitome of pseudo-science. Before they treat you they will make you sit through a lecture designed to make you think that all your illnesses can be cured with their treatment plan. Nothing but a money grab. In addition, and most disturbingly - this clinic performed an x-ray on my cervical spine which showed that I was suffering from degenerative disc disease as well as “straight neck” syndrome. Their solution was to have me go through numerous chiropractic adjustments which made my condition worse. Here I am a few years later with severe degenerative disc disease. Had I known how serious my condition was at the time of my x-ray I would have sought actual treatment elsewhere. Not with a chiropractor, who by the way, is NOT a real doctor. The receptionist wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with either.

Dr. Morgan is absolutely amazing. I bought a Groupon earlier this year for a consultation, xrays and 1 adjustment. I don't have any private insurance, so I was looking around for places. I am soooo glad I found her. She is an absolute godsend. I have a laundry list of medical conditions (some very rare) and have been suffering from debilitating migraines, as well as other issues. My family doctor and neurologist have tried multiple medications and supplements, and nothing has worked. I was debating whether or not to get botox, but I don't have any coverage, and I woukd have to get them every 3 months. I'm so glad I didn't go that route. Dr Morgan had reduced my migraines 80-90% in just a couple of months of treatment. I have recommended anyone I know who needs chiropractic care to her. I absolutely love Streetsville Chiropractic! I first joined in July of 2015 after experiencing incessant sharp pains shooting through my right shoulder. I used to have to pull over because the pain was so bad, and I have not pulled over because of pain since. The staff welcomed me with open arms and took me in right away. My Doctor is Dr. Casey, but I have also seen Dr. Morgan and Dr Vince as well. The doctors really care for your well being on more of just a medical level. It is that mixed with the worry of a close family member. They will do anything to make sure you are pain free. The other Saturday, I felt the same sharp pain I felt back in July. I panicked because I knew the clinic is not open on the weekends. I texted Dr Casey informing him of the pain in my shoulder and he got back to me right away. He was on vacation, but still took the time to make sure I was at my best. He contacted his sister, Dr Morgan. She called me and met me at the clinic on Sunday morning AND Sunday evening. She met with me one on one and made sure I did not walk out of there feeling any pain. She offered for me to come back later if needed. I did feel the need to return to make sure the pain was 100% gone and she welcomed me just the same. My father and I are both under care here. I love Streetsville Chiropractic. The staff and doctors have changed my life. They truly feel like family, every single time I walk though those doors. I suffered from a lower back injury about 2 years ago, & had chronic pain to the point where I couldnt even sit properly. It felt like my hips were on a hinge. Dr Casey has been working on my back for the last 6 months. I'd never gone to a chiropractor before because I am one of those guys that would tough it out. As some of the reviews say yes that do ask you to sit through a class that teaches you what is actually going on in your body and how your spine affects it. Is it a bit boring... Maybe, but Knowledge is power and the more you know about your body the more power you have over it. I was offered a plan at a slightly cheaper rate but because of my work I went pay as you go. They are very understanding and have worked within my crazy schedule. I recently had my re-evaluation and my back is doing much better and my neck curves in the correct direction. This place is amazing! I absolutely love the location. The staff is very respectful and positive on a day to day. The office is always kept very clean and organized. Dr Casey helped me a lot with some issues I had. 8 was dealing with issues from past concussions. I had issues with my neck and it was causing me to have very bad headaches almost as if I had post traumatic concussion syndrome. He outlined very thoroughly the issues that I had and how they could be fixed. Within a few sessions I was feeling so much better. I learned a lot about the benefits of seeing a chiropractor and think that it is something that is very underrated in terms of maintaining and bettering health. I would advise everyone to go and get an assessment even if they don't have any issues with their back/neck. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a complete scam. I had setup my initial appointment here which they called a couple days before telling me to be on time for. I showed up early and expected to see someone on time which of course didnt happen. Instead they gave me a pamphlet to read about "sublaxation" some term they made up to convince you have a serious problem. Keep in mind I had not seen anyone before this! After they gave me the pamphlet they "tested" me on it to make sure I read it. Someone came over and started asking me questions and telling me all about sublaxation. After the 1 hour wait and being constantly moved from one room to another I saw the "doctor" or so he referred to himself as. Even before asking me where I was having pain or what was bothering me, the "sublaxation" rant begin again. They constantly use scare tactics and brainwash you into thinking you have something that YOU DONT HAVE! After explaining to him where I was having problems, of course that was a serious sign of sublaxation. I got my x-rays done and during the x-ray the "doctor" said "you have terrible posture for a 26yr old." Cool bedside manner buddy. In Ontario legally you are allowed to request x-rays anywhere you get them. I have tried 3 times to request mine from that day and "the machine has is under repair" is what they keep telling me. They will charge you extra for x-rays and not give them to you. They want to do an initial adjustment following that meeting and the receptionist will harass you for your insurance fees and schedule constantly! So they can run up the charges to the maximum!! They dont care about problems you are having, you will be diagnosed for a random thing. All they care about is running your insurance up as much as they can.

The staff were rude and I also had a problem receiving my x-ray when I requested it. Initially I was uncomfortable with the process as I have scoliosis and have undergone multiple x-rays while growing into adulthood. Having too many x rays is not exactly healthy. Instead of taking the time to explain why it was particularly important to this process the girl turned to me and said something to the effect of it's just an xray get over it or leave. I felt badgered into getting one to receive hep (I was still young at this time). If you don't have the competence to speak to why it is necessary, then you shouldn't be conducting them. More than anything I was turned off by their bedside manners and brashness as I felt it was a just and simple question.

These people are literally saviours in my life. I had gotten tinnitus ever since December 2019, and last summer I encountered a massive migraine that completely disrupted my everyday life. I couldn't do work. I couldn't enjoy life. I just couldn't get myself out of bed. The migraine was so bad. Eventually, I went to the Streetsville Chiropractic clinic, and underwent an examination and found out that my cervical spine wasn't aligned, and that was giving me the headaches. They then gave me weekly adjustments, and they helped me out in terms of affording their 3 month care plan. And I can confirm right now that my headaches are gone! The migraines are gone! Coffee used to irritate my mind, but now I'm able to drink it just fine. I'm no longer bounded to my bed anymore, and I'm able to enjoy life again! In fact, I finally managed to get a job now, and I'm able to work thanks to them! My tinnitus still remains, but that may have came to be due to multiple factors, but I'm still trying my best in finding ways to treat it. But honestly speaking, these people literally saved me. They gave me the hope that I needed in my life. I had doctors who literally told me that there's nothing that can be done in my situation, and I should just give up and get used to it. Right now, my life has completely changed. I feel like I'm finally getting back to feeling normal again. I feel like my health has drastically improved thanks to them. And I'm truly grateful that they helped me out. The staffs are very friendly and supportive, and they gave me the chiropractic service within a few days when I first contacted them. They are very considerate and understanding people. Encountering them, and seeing myself recover is a massive relief especially in this pandemic. I went to him for shoulder pain, they charged $85 for intial visit where they did absolutely nothing but look at the areas that are in pain. They asked me to come back the next day just for treatment, which then they only cracked my neck and charged me $45 for a presentation in the basement. I went for treatment and instead they were trying to lecture me like a student about the common health issues in canada. The pain did not get any better with the cracks the doc did, so instead I've been on over the counter medications. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! This clinic is only here to get money from people who are desperate to get better and they do absolutely nothing to actually get rid of pain. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is all about selling first and treatment later. After a one hour long presentation in their basement and then their initial assessment, they will keep trying to convince you to sign up for a year treatment plan of weekly, biweekly or whatever they say you're comfortable paying. They will use scare tactics to sign up for any type of those plans. If you don't sign up, you will also have to pay their higher pay-as-you-go rate. They'll also sneakily give you a free assessment of your gait (how you walk) and then they'll try to up-sell you some orthotics. It gets very stressful especially when you don't have insurance. I was convinced at first to sign up but after a few months of treatment, I decided not to continue because I couldn't afford to keep going. They pretend like they don't care about money and only care about your health. I was given several options of changing my plan to lower my frequency of visits. I can reduce to every 3 weeks, once a month, every X months, it doesn't matter. They said they'll still see me for an adjustment because they want to make sure I stay healthy. Well today when I tried to book that "quick" adjustment after not being there for months, I am told I have to go through an entire re-assessment again. Which I'm sure will end up with me sitting in their office for another sales pitch. I just hung up because I don't want to go through that again. Honestly don't know why I bothered trying to go back, but I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my treatment Side note: Don't believe all the good reviews. My friend was asked to write them a review and because they have a hard time saying no, they agreed to do it. No clue how many of these are real

Dr Morgan has helped me for years with my scoliosis. She also helped with both my boys acid reflux/colic. I don’t think enough people know how helpful chiropractics can be with helping babies. I took my first son when we was 4ish months old and 3 adjustments later he was off his acid reflux medication. My next son I took at 3 weeks and again after 2 adjustments his reflux was gone and he has been such a happy boy since. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating.

I have been seeing Dr. Morgan Sinclair for approximately 4 months now, after coming across the Streetsville Chiropractic Team's booth at the Spring Motorcycle Show. A quick initial assessment told me something that I was already aware of - significant misalignment, mainly attributed to an injury 10 years ago. Despite the fact that I was skeptical about the Chiropractic service (I have unfortunately not had the most progressive and positive experiences in the past), I figured I would take advantage of the full initial assessment deal they were offering, since it would be reimbursed by my insurance provider. Making that appointment was one of the best things that I have done for my health. The reason Dr. Morgan and the team at Streetsville Chiropractic stand out against other service providers is because they are all truly committed and want to help you improve your overall health - this isn't just a money grab situation for them. They do everything they can to ensure that you are equipped with all the knowledge you need to make the best decisions you can for yourself about your well being. Further, they offer most services (Chrio, physio, orthotic consultations, etc) right in house, which is beneficial, since most services compliment each other tremendously. After a month of corrective adjustments, I was already starting to see significant positive changes - the most notable one being my improvement in posture; I was getting compliments constantly during meetings about it, and I wasn't even doing it consciously! Every time I come for a visit I am always greeted by friendly faces and the staff would look after me from the moment I sign in; to doing traction and to having the adjustment.
