A great wellness clinic that is relaxing and provides a great array of services. I come here on a monthly basis for a massage and have even advised my fiancé to give this place a try. We both love the massages that Courtney provides. I have had massages both from Courtney and Brianne and they both bring their own personal styles, I would definitely recommend either one of them. I have come to this clinic several times before. However, this year, I made an appointment on their website specifically for acupuncture, which it’s offered there. However, it was done by a Naturopath doctor and not by an acupuncture alone. This was never explained to me. Though the invoice is on naturopath which is given after the procedure is done. I ended up maxing out my naturopath benefits Which I get somewhere else. I wished they have advised me that they did not have an acupuncture doctor any more.

Excellent, professional service. My RMT made me feel welcome and showed that he truly cared (didn't seem like he hated his job). Felt like a million bucks after appointment and also got some great advice on little exercises to do at home for relief and prevention. Will come back and recommend.

Natura Wellness Clinic is awesome. I regularly went to see Naturopathic Doctor - Lara and she really helped me on a number of problems. I also regularly visited chiropractor doctor - Jasmine and she really helped with my shoulder pain. The workers are great and the receptionist is really friendly. :)

I feel light, loose and floaty going into the weekend. I'm so impressed. Morning add: I also had my best sleep in months and woke up without lower back pain for the first time in months and my morning swim was more fluid with much less shoulder pain. The testimonial that just doesn't end. And 3 hours in the car last night and today and still no back pain. Also my neck is less stiff. Also, WOW! I'm just amazed

I have been seeing Dr. Alexandra Bouharevich at the Natura Wellness Clinic for 18 months – she is an instrumental part of my pain management team. I have found Dr. Bouharevich to be very professional, and she provides excellent treatment for chronic pain. I found the Natura Wellness Clinic on Google Maps, as I specifically needed a chiropractic doctor who uses Active Release Technique (ART), and was located by Square One in Mississauga. The clinic itself has a relaxing environment, and the staff are polite and friendly. Dr. Bouharevich uses Active Release Technique (ART), which is different than the traditional approach used by chiropractors. It involves intense therapy of the muscles and loosening tension and tightness, before doing any joint manipulations. This technique treats pain and prevents the joint from reverting to its pre-session state. In comparison to other therapeutic pain treatments (effectiveness and cost), I've found that Active Release is the most effective and reasonably priced treatment for severe acute and chronic pain. I have tried long-term physiotherapy, acupuncture, water therapy, trigger-point injections (injections of xylocane into the head, neck, and back muscles), traditional chiropractic, and a number of other therapies, but none compare to the effectiveness of Active Release.

She took her time to create a personalized plan of healing and explained every bit of it, so I left the office feeling confident in the steps I am taking towards better health. I had a long-standing digestive issue which bothered me for years, but thanks to her recommendations I was able to quickly improve my state of health. Highly recommend!

It was my first time seeing a naturopath, dr Alexandra Baeva. I enjoyed the way the appointment was set up, dr Alexandra took time explaining the root cause of the symptoms and all details of the treatment plan. My digestion is much better now and shoulder pain is almost gone after several acupuncture sessions. Highly recommended.

Cannot say enough about the staff and care at Natura Wellness. Although I have primarily gone for chiropractic care, I have also experienced both their massage and naturopathic services as well- All of which have been above pleasant, helpful and met my needs. Dr. Kashani always spends so much time listening to any updates I have on my condition and outside of the adjustments provided at the appointment- ensures I leave with the proper information to continue management at home, and optimal comfort. Friendly and pleasant admin staff as well! All around a great clinic!

It's disappointing to be continuously over charged. First you go for your initial evaluation, which is normal. But if you want to check anything extra, like your shoulder, they make you can an extended appointment which cost more. Then if you don't come in for a couple months or so, they charge you extra for a re-evaluation. I've never had this kind of experience before. I think I will stick to the pain or find someone else.

I’ve visited twice now at this location. I discovered them through opencare inc and I must say, I am quite happy all around with my experience so far. Thu is currently my massage therapist and she is the BEST! She takes the time to know what your needs and problem areas are. She is very informative and knowledgeable. She even recommended a few exercises/stretches at home to help with my hip and lower back area. The receptionist is very warm and welcoming. They use several ways to remind you when your appointment is coming. (Phone call/text) Especially when you book in advance, totally helps so you don’t forget ;) It’s clean and easy to find. They even have other services on site, chiropractors, natural paths, and more to suit all your needs. I will continue to come to this location and recommend all to give it a try.
