Dr.Trim is amazing! After having lower back issues for a number of years a friend of mine referred me to her. Best thing I ever did. The staff is super friendly and Dr.Trim is top notch in her field.I am at the point now that I only need to return for "Tune up" sessions. The best thing I ever did.

The RMT, Andrew made me feel in tip top shape again. I can't remember the last time I went without some sort of muscle pain, tightness or knots in my back, shoulders and neck. I saw him once and haven't been in pain since or needed to go back. Though it wasn't a spa-like massage for relaxation purposes, it was definitely necessary since I went there in pretty rough shape. Thumbs up!

I have been going to see Dr. Trim for over 20 years. She and her wonderful staff have helped me thru many physical ailments, my back being my main one. Over the 20 years Dr. Trim has treated not only myself but my husband and both my sons. I have used many of the services available at this great center from acupuncture to physiotherapy and even a relaxing massage. My family and I know our quality of life has been much improved with the help of Dr. Trim and the Momentum Healing Arts Centre.

Friendly and accommodating staff. It's easy to get a same day appointment when needed. Dr. Trim is an excellent Chiropractor and has always managed to fix what ails me. :). Highly recommended .

Was recommended to Mrs. Trim by another professional and was disappointed. Long story short, I showed up early as requested and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 15 minutes of her time as an “introductory assessment”. There was no adjustment. I was charged $105. I was astounded. Will not be recommending or going back for any reason. She either has too many clients or she’s doesn’t care about other people’s time.
