I've been seeing Dr. Lambert for a LONG time, more 13 years. As an athlete, I was very accident prone in my younger days. Dr. Lambert saved me from injuries that many well known sport physicians in Canada deemed untreatable. His training as a chiropractor is unlike anything I've seen in Ontario. I’ve been running marathons for the past 8 years. I’ve always known that my stride wasn’t great, and I compensate during running due to my poor form. I’ve dealt with aches and pains thinking they would never get any better. I was referred to Bruce, and I’m so glad I was. Bruce did an initial analysis of my body and told me my back had some slight improvements that could be made, and that my hips were severely out of alignment as a result. As I explained to him my running, he mentioned that my hips were causing the inefficient stride, and he was right. Since coming to Bruce for my first visit 8 months ago, I’ve got more energy in my races and experience much less pain afterwards. Bruce is great at what he does. He’s excellent at helping you understand why your body is acting the way it is, and what he can do to help. I would recommend Bruce to anyone performing physical activity; for mobility improvement, and also for preventative maintenance and overall health of your body. I’ve run 75 marathons and never felt better thanks to Bruce.

Before finding Dr. Lambert, I had been treated by two other chiropractors for several years. Dr. Lambert is by far the best chiropractor I have ever visited. I no longer have any headaches or back problems, despite living a very physically active life. Seriously, give him a visit and I guarantee you will not regret it.
