I've been going to Activa Clinics at Dundas and Confederation for the past 4 months. I've been to many rehab clinics in the past as I have chronic knee and back issues and Activa has been my best experience out of all them. The staff is great, Anabia at the front desk is competent and friendly. Oliver the chiro is a specialist in sports injuries and is more focused on combining active and passive strategies to help with recovery which is great. Amy is the PTA and she can run the entire clinic if ever needed! I highly recommend this location due to their professionalism and RESULTS! I am back to playing my regular sports but still go for treatment to make sure everything is still good.

Syed Naqvi has been amazing with aiding and speeding up the process of my recovery. He is very knowledgable and listens and addresses my concerns. My pain has been getting so much better since I have started working with him! I really appreciate the effort he puts in and truly wants to help his clients feel better and return to daily life activities as soon as possible. Syed Naqvi deserved 5 stars however, I gave 4 because I was not too keen on attending my pervious sessions because I feel like my last physio at the clinic did not pay attention to my concerns and adequately address them at all.

Please please please do not use this clinic at I used them back in Jan - Dec 2019 for three sessions and I always paid on the spot. They then submit the claim to the insurance company and collect. For the last visit, I paid as I usually do and was done with the treatment. The clinic failed to send the claim to the insurance company and after six months they started chasing me for the balance. My employer changed insurance company in sept of 2019 and by the time they asked for my help it was too late. The most unethical approach came when they have asked me to submit the claim to the new insurance company which has nothing to do with it. I expressed my disgust for their unethical and against the law approach. For less than $60 this business could not absorb the loss of their mistake and maintain their dignity. Do not use this clinic you do not know what else they can do. Technician employed there are good, however the owners and managers are the greediest scammers out there.
