I wish I could give more stars. Dr. Comeau is as quality of a chiropractor as he is a human. I have never been to a better chiro. He listens, he truly cares and he does everything he can to fix the problem. I leave feeling better every single time. Medicine Hat is so lucky to have him!

The doctors and therapists are amazing! However, they lose a star because of a few reasons. Their policy when an MVA client that has done past the main treatment protocol (21 sessions) and requires additional therapy requires the client to pay first, then have the client resubmit to the insurance company even when the insurance company allows for a continued direct billing. This can be devastating as work has been limited, therefore the financial burden of payment and waiting is to refund is lacking support on the ability to pay other bills promptly. Forcing either individual to obtain loans out to continue therapy or move therapy elsewhere where they will be more accomodating with their direct billing policy. The second is in regards to one of the receptionists' attitudes and demeanours. She's cold in her directness, never smiles and comes off with a bad attitude when talking with clients. I think I've never seen her smile anytime I have been there. I dislike having to deal with her. Now, the brunet lady has always been happy and cheerful when dealing with clients, and she's and ways upbeat and smiling. I have tried sending feedback on their website contact form, and nothing but errors in trying to send. - very frustrating. If you're ever dealing with an MVA with a Concussion, definitely see Dr. Kos! I hope they see the value in modifying their out-of-scope prepayment policy.

Ryan is an incredible human and amazing chiropractor. Have seen him for acute lower back and hip issues over the years. I have never left that office other than feeling better after a session. Kristen does massage therapy on me for a purpose of healing and recovery. Amazing skill and talent that serves its purpose. FYI Dr. Comeau really listens has a great deal of compassion, is highly educated and trained. His shockwave therapy sessions really made a positive difference on my SI joints. The staff as a whole are friendly and accommodating can’t say enough.

I have had Ryan work on my shoulder that I separated in hockey back in the day, that has been a nagging injury. He used multiple chiropractic techniques, my shoulder has felt great after a few sessions. Also loved the modern looking office.

One of the two chiropractors cracked my neck but instead of tilting my head before doing so he cracked my head right to the side, relieving little to no pain (probably causing more pain then anything) Spent probably a total of five minutes getting an adjustment after having waiting 30 minutes to in the waiting room. (I arrived on time) Doesn't feel like they really care about their patients, just want to get as many patients in as possible for more money. Wont be returning.

Julia is bananalands! I pay for a back crack when I don’t even need a back crack. I go for the sweet playlists, positive team, fun office and sometimes the amazing/healing/supernatural back cracks, acupuncture, etc etc.

Kinetic Centre has great flexible hours to accomodate your schedule. The Doctors and Massage Therapists are so caring and really helped me with the back and neck issues. Highly recommend to book an appointment with anyone there.

Came to James, the chiropractor, to get my body adjusted as I was having a severe neck pain. Pain went away after 2 days of seeing him. I also seen Kiana, the massage therapist after. Both were amazing and made me feel very relaxed! Hate dealing with the blonde receptionist. She’s rude, seems like she does not enjoy her job- should not be working at the front.

I have had major shoulder issues for 15 years. Went to several other local places that I'm sure we have all gone to. No luck and not even close to the technology Ryan uses in his clinic. I've even had 3 MRIs and no one could fix me up. 5 sessions with ryan and I had 90% less pain which was my main concern but what I wasn't expecting was the return of my flexibility and range of motion. That and we get to trash talk each other about hockey..... thanks Dr comeau!

I couldn't hardly feel my legs and even had trouble breathing from the pain caused from my herniated disk I didn't think I'd be able to go to work . But with the help of Dr Brenan my pain level went from a 9 to a 6 in just 2 visits. Even after the first appointment I was able to go to work and make it through the day . Dr Brenan was outstanding in his service and truly cares about his patient even sent me home with a list of supplements and excises to do to speed up the healing process. Never have I been more impressed with the how much this doctor actually genuinely cares.

My spouse came to Dr. Comeau to get his shoulder checked and to see if he needed surgery and he did . 3 months later we find our Dr. Comeau never sent the paperwork into the hospital so my spouse had come back into Comeau office and get him to check Him again and send Referral . Not only did my spouse have to sit in pain extra 3 months and Had to follow up and find out Comeau didn’t send in the paperwork his office even had the nerve to charge Joe for the appt to fix there error . I also had an appt booked for myself and my kids I forgot about the appt because his clinic doesn’t send u a reminder but they sure remembered to charge my personal credit card $160 for the missed appt . I even emailed them about it and they have such poor client skills that they didn’t even respond . This place quickly glazed over the client and just wants your money . I was super disappointed as my brother in law owns a chiropractor office in Calgary and I know what to expect and this service was distasteful . I would rate it a zero .
