Please take my word and don't trust them with your business.
They will tell you that you are allowed to use your Blue Cross information, but this is a lie. When I went for my massage, I tried to give them my Blue Cross information; and they told me to give it to them a different day since they didn't know how to apply Blue Cross just yet.
After that moment, they constantly were badgering me to just pay the full amount. Even after following their instructions, they threatened me with collections. They told me if I wanted to apply my Blue Cross, I needed to do it myself. They constantly were changing their requirements, by signing different forms after almost every email. It took three whole months to get the entire situation settled.
The main receptionist Nicole was rude and unhelpful during all of this. Nicole was short with me, which in return caused me to be short with her. I am all for workers having thier own individuality while working, but Nicole was just rude and unpleasant to work with. She had very little sympathy that this situation was brought on by their mistakes, and handled the problem in the worst way possible. She was rude and had horrible customer service. She is new, which once again I am sympathetic to, but it doesn't make my experience any better. If she is confused as to how everything works, she should be asking for help, instead of experimenting on an already frustrated customer.
The massage itself was fine, but this was the worst customer experience I have ever had in Canada. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where they will accept your insurance information without issue.
I will absolutely never return here. Even if they were the last Chiropractic clinic in Manitoba.
