Great place! I've never been to a chiropractor before but it was a great decision. I have a lot of back pain from bartending for over a decade and they have taken a lot of the swelling down and showed me how to do stretches to prevent that. Jeff and Rebecca are amazing and so friendly & knowledgeable. Massages by Santiago are a must too if you want that deep tissue painful relief!

I have been going to Dr. Jeff and the Advance Chiropractic team for a couple of years now. It is one of those things where i find that when I go steadily i don't notice much difference visit to visit, but when I don't go for a period of time I end up walking with a cane. I think that says it all. I would likely see much more improvement if I actually did the exercises Dr. Jeff gives me. My eldest son hurt his back very badly last spring and Dr. Jeff got him in right away, and in very short order, had him up and around and back at work again. Advance Chiropractic is worth every penny I pay for it.

Dr. Jeff and his team are excellent at what they do. I have never experienced a chiropractic office that is so friendly and actually takes the time to explain things. I don't feel like a number waiting in line to be adjusted. I appreciate that they always take the time to feel where the adjustments need to happen before they do it, unlike other chiropractors I have been to where it's the same every time. I would strongly suggest you try this team if you are looking for a good chiropractor. Plus the pre-adjustment massage is worth it and the free massage chairs they have for client use is a bonus too.

I've been pleased with my progress with Dr. Jeff. It wasn't surprising that the minor pain and tightness I presented responded to chiropractic treatment. But I was particularly happy to have the conversations that helped me understand not only what he found physically but how we could relate this to mental and emotional outlook; specifically how stress affects me emotionally and mentally as well as physically. I got a better handle on stress management from Dr. Jeff, as well as improved flexibility. We got the problem fixed but I'll keep up the visits for maintenance. I had never been to a chiropractor before coming in November 2019 because I had numbness in my right hand that wasn't going away after extensive physiotherapy. Dr. Jeff gave me a treatment plan and it was effective at giving me more sensation in my hand and arm. After the pandemic shutdown in 2020, I was really stiff in my back and sore and Dr. Jeff outlined a treatment plan for that as well (bad ergonomics from working at home, lack of physical activity, like everyone else).
