They also have amazing Very talented and caring male therapist too. Dustin’s hands are magic! Last week I was very sore because I hold stress in my neck and shoulders. I went online to book an appointment, which is very easy to do and convenient for me, and to my surprise, Dustin had an opening the next day! I, of course, snatched it up right away. Dustin is very good at what he does and so generally you need to book in advance. Prior to my massage, Dustin always checks in about how my body is feeling and what areas I want to focus on for my treatment. And then proceeds to focus on those areas for the treatment. At my last appointment, I went into it tight and sore and came out of it feeling a whole lot better! Thanks Dustin! The staff at Walnut Grove Chiropractic and Massage Therapy are all very friendly! Everyone takes all the COVID safety precautions seriously so I feel safe knowing that’s being taken care of! Watching them abide by all the protocols put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

Kyle is a very knowledgable and skilled RMT. He listens to my concerns and works on the areas effectively. He has really helped to alleviate a lot of my pain caused by a workplace injury. The receptionist is also very friendly and accommodating. Best yet, there are often weekly available appointments with Kyle, unlike the RMT's in Maple Ridge, which seem to be booked up for weeks, or even months. I am super happy I discovered this clinic. Truly a diamond in the rough.

I went to a massage therapist a few years ago and had a horrible experience. I was never going to go see one again. Then in April of this year I got in a car accident and needed to try again. When everything opened back up I contacted Walnut Grove Chiropractic and they got me in immediately with Matt. He not only didn’t hurt me my first session I was able to get walk without pain for the first time in a long time. I came in after not having treatments for months. Rachelle knew exactly what to do to fix me up right. Muscles are engaging and firing like it should and have full range of motion. Between previous MVA injuries and just from tightening muscles from training the shoulders, trap and scapula, these are trouble spots that need constant treatment. Massage was great. Excellent RMT, however I got ripped off by 15 min. I had booked for 1 hr appointment, but was surprised to see the clock after I got dressed. It was only 45 min that the RMT actually massaged me for. Confirm length of actual massage time! Otherwise, was an awesome massage!

I would first off like to say that my review is not based on my therapist himself as he seems like a nice guy but my overall experience was just horrendous. Not only did we spend our first 20 minutes talking about his life, literally standing awkwardly in his 'office' talking about him... but being a first-time patient here I wasn't asked to sign anything nor was I asked what the problem areas were that he was supposed to be addressing for my massage. Usually I get asked what brings your here today? Where exactly are you experiencing pain? What do you do for work? From when my massage begin he came in the room very loud speaking very loud, I was not relaxed at all. He then proceeded to show me pictures on his phone during my massage and rubbed my lower legs and butt area for a good ten minutes before even taking the blanket off my back, starting my actual massage. There was also a few times his phone went off, and I knew exactly when he was checking it because he would conveniently take one hand off of me, then text and put his phone back on the shelf and continue. I tried to tell him during our conversation about his life that I had shoulder and neck pain but I was spoken over so I don't think he heard it. You know that feeling you get when someone rubs the same area like 40 times over and your skin becomes irritated and raw? That's exactly how this massage felt, the same motion on one part of my back for 10 minutes at a time, not even on my problem area, but my lower back, where I have no discomfort or pain whatsoever. The only time he touched my shoulders and neck is at the very end of my massage, extremely disappointing. Halfway through I actually contemplated asking him if I could leave because that is exactly how disappointed and aggravated I was. At the end of it he said 'ground control to major Tom its time to come back'...really? Im suppossed to be relaxed..nothing...and I mean nothing I experienced in this hour, well actually it was less then an hour (i got ripped off) massage was reaxing. I've never felt physically frustrated and angry during a massage, I was in so much pain before it and I'm still in so much pain after it nothing was relieved. Unfortunately now I have to continue my search for a massage therapist close to home because unfortunately I will not be returning to this Clinic. Overall experience would be less than one star I can't even explain to the fullest what this experience was really like. I now know all about my massage therapist family and living situation and previous work experience and current work experience..... but unfortunately he didn't even know why I was in his office tonight, now that's unprofessional.

I’ve gotten treatments from Dustin & Murray to treat my injuries from a car accident. I’m very impressed with the knowledge and experience that they have. Murray’s treatment style is like Buckley’s. It tastes awful (meaning it’s painful) but it WORKS! If you’re ok with a small span of temporary pain in exchange for long span of lasting relief and renewed mobility, then look no further.

I have chronic migraines that frequently occur. I have been on many medications and have had to make many environmental adaptations to manage them. The RMT, at walnut grove chiropractic and massage was able to help alleviate most of my symptoms of migraine with massage. He applies just the right amount of pressure. UPDATE: Owner reached out personally to me to apologize about the miscommunication with the cancelation fee. They have new front staff and they didn't notice I missed those appointments cause of sickness. He has told me not to worry about fee and hopes I would give the team at Walnut Grove Chiro another try. I very much respect the owner to reach out to me on a weekend to resolve the problem in a very professional way! That being said I will be going back again! So they I missed two appointments one time a had covid like symptoms the second I had covid so I wasn't able to go. Today I had an appointment and forgot as I have a brain injury. They also told me on the phone they would phone to confirm. As icbc needed to extend and they were unsure how long it would take to be approved. So when they called me today they said I would have the pay a $90 fee. How convenient should I have gone with covid and covid like symptoms..... clearly they only care about money not the well being of there staff and patients.
