I see Dr. Freedman every two weeks because I suffer from extreme headaches due to sitting for long periods of time as a student. I never feel pressured to come in more than needed and we have an end goal of getting me to a less frequent visit schedule. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave, and the staff always puts a smile on my face. I have seen a fair amount of chiropractors and I have complete confidence in both Dr. Freedman and Dr. Armstrong.

I was in my greatest pain when I came in to see Robin. I was not able to move onto my side without pain. She wasn’t even assisting me even though I was displaying the pain. She constantly asking me to flip back and forth onto my right side and then left. My injury made it very difficult to perform this simple task. I was lucky enough that my nephew was in the room to help me. This woman chiropractor was not one that would recommend. I wasted my $75 for a 10 minutes treatment. I felt that she was brushing the treatment through.

I have been going to see Dr. Freedman for almost ten years. There have been times when I had excruciating back pain and limited mobility, and tried everything: physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic adjustments. The only intervention that gave me immediate and long-term relief has been chiropractic treatment. Dr. Freedman is the most kind, caring and compassionate health-professional I have ever come across. He has a warm, friendly manner, he is extremely knowledgeable and is genuinely interested in helping people. He knows exactly how to treat my pain and takes his time adjusting my problem areas. Having lived in different cities and tried different chiropractors who over-treated me multiple times weekly over a prolonged period (which was very expensive), I was very happy that Dr. Freedman is not like that. He treats me more intensely over a couple of weeks, until my back is stable again, and leaves the maintenance visits up to me. It is refreshing to meet such an honest doctor who cares not only about my health but about my wallet too. Dr.Freedman is one of the greatest blessings I have been given in my health journey, and I am thankful for how much better my health is because of him.

I had Robin see me in short notice. She was nice enough not to turn me away as I was in severe pain with a rib muscle spasm and pinched nerve. I would recommend this Family practice to anyone seeking a good chiropractic professional. I will be making them my regular chiropractor from here on out .

Robin is amazing! I see her twice a week usually and she is wonderful for really wanting to help you feel and get bigger. She's also very caring and gets to know her patients well, she's also very knowledgeable and provides help in any ways she can and knows exactly what she's doing. She's a perfect chiropractor if you need one and haven't ever been to one before and feel nervous about it, there's nothing to worry about with Robin though, she's great and very understanding!

My #1 chiro recommendation. I came to Willowbrook Chiro roughly 3 years ago after he was referred by my gp in Fort Langley. For one reason or another, I’ve been to over a half-dozen other chiropractors but nothing has compared to the service I received here. No blink-and--miss appointments, he's detailed and thorough. You get every dime’s worth. Student discount for scholars on a budget was a huge plus. I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Freedman’s, truly a professional.

I've struggled with left mid back/shoulder blade pain for 4 years, largely due to my desk job, I'm sure. I've had 9 different therapists in that time (RMT, IMS, Physio). I was always told my pain was muscle related. The only thing that helped was pain meds. My wife encouraged me to see one more therapist before giving up. I booked with Jody and wasn't overly optimistic. He's completely fixed me. He saw that I had a few ribs out of place and after several sessions he corrected them. I can sleep through the night again and breath without pain. I am most grateful for all he's done for me in a few short weeks.

Receptionist lady who answered the phone is not friendly. Called to book an initial appt after seeing there was a spot available at 4 15 through their online booking platform and the lady said no it needs to be earlier...when I asked further, since I work in the day, she flat out said they don't accept new patients at that time....i dont understand why they would have it available online then. Further explanation and friendly attitude would have been nice.

Dr. Jody has been my chiropractor since he started at Willowbrook Chiropractic. He is friendly and easy to talk to. I love his adjustments because he is calm and professional. He has adjusted me through all 3 of my pregnancies and I trust him completely with every adjustment and manipulation he provides. I believe Dr. Jody is the best chiropractor around, I don’t even live in Langley anymore but I still travel to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor.
