Vince is a magician, in the best possible way. I had seen 2 different physios before being referred to him. When he started treatments, I could not lift my right arm higher than shoulder level and was having trouble sleeping due to chronic discomfort. In just 5 treatments, he was able to isolate the three issues that had been causing chronic shoulder pain, including changing my daily stretching routine in a subtle but fundamental way to prevent re-injury. He is intuitive, pragmatic and truly listens, making every treatment more effective as a result. I will always be grateful and could not recommend him more highly. 110% satisfaction

I am so impressed by my first treatment at The Nest! It was such an amazing environment and my little guy was able to come and play while I had a treatment. This in itself is a lifesaver for any busy mom. I saw Cherisse and she treated me for frequent migraines. I went in with a migraine starting and it was completely gone after the treatment!!! The experience was comfortable and actually felt amazing. I can't wait for my next appointment! I was able to get this all direct billed to my insurance and didn't have to worry about doing it after the fact! I highly recommend this place especially for all of you mamas. I wish I had started coming here sooner!

Dr. Jaime is awesome at what she does and makes you feel so welcome. My kids love going and it sure has helped them lots with tantrums and speech for the 3.5 and head shape and all around development for the baby. She loves what she does and it shows. I felt so much better after seeing her too. Definitively recommend her.

As a crossfitter and generally active person I always come in with a lot of tightness and imbalances and leave feeling like a new person. Dr Emma saw my 3 year old on short notice as he was experiencing extreme neck pain. She was amazing at how she worked with my son and helped him to feel better and get back on track. There are some people who are born to do what they do and Dr Emma is one of them! Her ability to work with kids and build quick repoir with them is very impressive. The Nest is worth the drive from Calgary! (closer than downtown if you're in the NW) I'd give 6 stars if I could. After a fell, I saw Dr. Emma. She did a thorough job, loosening my muscles with cupping and spending time on both problem areas and areas I didn't know I were affected. It was amazing, I felt so comfortable as a patient and left feeling even better!

I am SO happy I found this little hidden gem in Cochrane... I have been to over a dozen places for massage and chiropractor, and I can't say I have ever had a better experience. I see Cherisse for acupuncture and she's the BEST - absolutely kind and funny, so talented at her job, and makes me feel so, so comfortable. Emma has treated pain in the back of my knee from running, and in my neck and shoulders from my work. Herself being very active, and knowledgeable of sport injuries has helped immensely in knowing what treatment would help. The release I get ever time I visit is amazing. She knows all the little tricks and tips to help integrate treatment at home and with everyday activities. Her clinic is so beautiful, warm, inviting, and clean. I have to mention how she is amazing with kids when treating them. She treats both our girls (7&11) and made my 7 year old feel so at ease, she is requesting treatment for her growing pains with no fear at all. Her office is set up to accommodate families too: lots of clean beautiful toys and a clean space for them to sit and play. We love Emma!

This clinic so so homey and adorable! There’s lots of toys to keep the kids entertained while mom or dad get their treatment from Dr. Emma! There’s even diapers and wipes in the bathroom if you forget anything! Patricia is an amazing massage therapist, super knowledgeable and has lots of experience! I highly recommend this place!
