Lisa Rummel has kept my body functional for over 10 years utilizing many different massage techniques to help me recover from injury, shoulder surgery, and just general physical abuse from playing too hard. The cold laser treatments on my arthritic foot joints have produced a long term relief from pain where nothing else worked. Thanks to long term laser treatments I no longer need Ibuprofen to control foot pain.

Over the years, Bob Olinger has been instrumental in helping me recover from injuries and helped with muscle tightness and issues with various muscle groups. His depth of understanding of the body and his technical skills are both outstanding. Whether it is climbing or running or skiing related, Bob has helped my body recover and return to playing! When providing treatment, he will recall details of injuries and imbalances (that I have often long forgotten) and I learn something each time I visit the centre. Seeing him regularly for Massage Therapy really is a gift! I've also seen Anne and Lisa for Massage Therapy and they also provided the exact treatment I was seeking each and every time.
